The technology you use is wiz bang. The function of it is kludgy, redundant and disconnected between systems.

Team members worked great with me to get approved and processed almost immediately for my out of state move into my new home!!

Findigs was an easy experience to apply for my new home rental. Theagent that assisted me in chat made the experience very easy and doable.

They made things very easy for me.

It was helpful but not the ultimate answer. You still have to do your own homework and make your own decisions based on your wants and needs. The application process asks a lot of personal questions and the $50 fee for each is non refundable. Make sure you are sincerely interested and confident you will pass the credit check before you spend the money and give out personal information that doesn't come back.

We had a good experience using Findigs, communication with customer service was swift and they were able to help us transfer our application to another home fit our needs.

Clear, concise process

Our representative Tammy was amazing. She helped us throughout the entire process. I had a ton of questions and she was very patient in answering and never rushed through like some other representatives from other companies. We can't thank you all enough.

I Choose to put some faith in Homerock in that same breath this company is associated with them. Overall horrible. Very unprofessional and negligent when it comes to calls and emails. This company is like so alarming it makes you think they are professional scammers in a way. I’m sure you could get a home but with everything that comes in between your better off going with a company with horrible reviews & I’m sure they will give better customer service and services overall

Quick and easy application process with good communication and speedy follow up.

Have never done this type of rental so I had lots of hesitation. It turned out ok but I believe your system can be made more user-friendly for older less technical aware clients
