Spent £49 on a theory test booking for my girlfriend and put all the details in correctly but says we put it in wrong, but we checked it all over and it was all correct also checked the location of the company and it came up with a barber shop so as I’m aware there is no company DO NOT use this site EVER to book a theory test.

Trying to book my theory test I stupidly just pressed the first google result. This stupidity led me to an equally stupid website. Complete waste of money and time, they charge you over double what it costs to just book a theory test via the government website, with the claim that you get provided with helpful theory test practice resources. Whilst this may be true you can find cheaper virtually anywhere so this is not worth it at all! I have also applied for a refund via their ridiculous email system and it has been 2 weeks now and I still have not received any updates, or refunds, despite sending a follow up email. Ridiculously poor.

This is not a genuine site but didn’t realise until it was too late! A test is £23, these thieves charge you £49 then no confirmation of the test you think you’ve booked.

Complete scam! £49 debited from bank account (DVLA costs £23) but no confirmation sent re date/time of theory test even though you booked on the site. No refund or how this actually helps you with your theory test either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IF YOU NEED A THEORY TEST, GO TO THE DVLA WEBSITE

Absolutely scammers. My daughter thought it was a genuine company as it was at the top of her google search. She booked it for December they gave her the beginning of November. When she explained the reason why she couldn’t attend eg she has work and is at school full time they said tough you can’t have a refund. Then they told her she tried to book the test for 01/01/1970 which was completely untrue

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT USE!!
I booked a test and tried to change the date two weeks in advance, it was confirmed on their website (in my profile) and they emailed a day before my test saying I couldn’t change it. Drinna was super unhelpful.

Total Scam. Just use the government website

My son saved up for learning to drive including his theory test by working every Saturday/Sunday for the last 12 months, he went on the gov website and somehow got diverted to this team as they stated that they could 100% provide training in our town as the gov website could not provide this option. He booked and paid his £50 for then nothing to happen and no confirmation received back. His money was duly taken with no comms/confirmations. No phone number available anywhere and no e-mail responses when chased on numerous occasions. Not good and even worse that all of these young people are just trying to pass a theory test with many having to work and save up their own money which makes this whole experience even worse to swallow. Poor at best.

Have not responded since asking for a cancellation and refund.

SCAM!!! Booked my test, got a confirmation email and it somehow disappeared! Now I am 2 days away from my test and have nothing plus I’m out £50.00

not even 1star, its a total scam, cannot get money back

My wife just got scammed by this company. They charged her £49 and sent her to a centre that had been closed for months. THESE PEOPLE WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!!!!

Most useless company I've used. Will never use or reccomend. Least helpful company. Just go straight to gov website. Thought it might be easier booking through these (its not!)

After booking my motorcycle theory with these, they said my details were incorrect, which they were not, now asking for more details.

They made a booking and informed me with one email. They said i would receive a text from DVSA regarding the test being confirmed or not. No text or email was received by the DVSA and no booking was made.AVOID THIS SCAM

They’re scammers. They’ve been telling me they’ll refund me for over 3 weeks and now they’re ignoring my messages. £46 down the drain.
