Worst company ever! They are scammers! Booked a theory test for my son, never had any correspondence with them no emails no calls nothing! Next day got email confirming a test will b allocated asap! Waited around 1 week for correspondence but still nothing! Ended up having to email as they have NO PHONE NUMBER to contact them only email never heard anything so emailed them cancelling the test that I am still waiting on a date for, got told I would receive it asap & it has been forwarded to refunds dept, 4x they have did this & I am still waiting in my refund from them. DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY WILL TALE YOUR MONEY & TRY TO NOT PAY IT BACK. Scam company with no morals!

Absolute scam! Go on the DVLA web site. Just got £46 stolen out of my account into a PayPal account. Can’t contact them of course. Thieves

They are a scammer booked my sons and his friend ….. they said my son details was incorrect and the friend never got a date and time for his test !!!!

Do not under any circumstances use this company to book your theory test.

From the outset, they delay your application by auto-posting that there was an error (there wasn't) then they take an age to respond.

I then had to request a change due to son's exams and despite being within the DVLA period to change, they waited 3 days to reply to the email request and then said they couldn't change it and that I lose the £43 fee.

Do not use this company, they are scammers with the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Stay away from this company! Scam scam scam! They let you pick the date you want and then take payment of £43. Then they tell you there has been an error and you cannot get a test in the next 6 months. When you try to get a refund they completely ignore your messages. DO NOT USE THIS

Rip off!! Pay full price for theory test and I had to suddenly go away to work last minute so explained I needed to change my test and they said I had to pay a extra £23 to do so. So where has my £30 gone? Surely this covers the test so if just don't turn up to my test I loose the £30 not have to pay another £23 what a rip off!

Don’t use this service!!!! Booked my exam 3 months ago, only to find out this week that they never even booked my test. Double the price if you were to go through the government website and they now won’t refund me. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!

these are complete scammers, my son thought they were legit and paid £43 pounds for a £26 theory test, they booked wrong date and wrong location,replied to my emails saying they cant find his account (which does not work for us either) asked for contact details all i got was a booking at the same wrong location and at at time to early and wrong date again.

had to o to gov.uk to chage test £17 extra for what, criminals, the DVLA should stop them, they are very quick at chasing us.

I wished I read the reviews on this company. I went online with this company to book my son’s theory test. I picked the date and time what I wanted. I got an email back saying error. So I did it all again put details in after they sent me a new password. I thought thank goodness I have finally got my son’s theory test booked, got another email off them saying I would get a test date within the next 36 hours !!! A couple of hours later I got another email saying that there was an error with password, I thought how can this be when I was suppose to be getting an email with my theory test?? I have emailed them on numerous occasions and they still haven’t got back to me . They took £ 43 out of my bank . The guy called Henry who answers your emails needs sacking

I booked my theory with them they charged me DOUBLE the normal price and they hadn’t even the testing centre has no record of my theory test what so ever never ever use this website they also don’t reply to emails and do not have a phone number complete scam

Please do not use Findmytheorytest ! They help you until they received the money then you can’t call them and they do not return your mails. They are scam artists ! They do not book any tests

I was scammed by an evil beast
I went to book my drivers test and the website looked so legit and said they could book me an earlier theory test. There was no confirmation or booking reference I only received a thanks for the money.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
Go to the government website they were nice and easy and half the price
