We also want to share some helpful information that many customers find valuable:

Rewards Points: Customers may earn rewards points through special promotional communications and account-related activities. These points can be saved over time and redeemed for gift cards to popular retailers, or in some cases applied as a credit toward the principal balance of the loan. This gives customers added flexibility and additional ways to reduce their balance.

Paying Down Your Loan: Customers can make payments either by calling Customer Service or through their online account. You may pay down or pay off your loan at any time without any prepayment penalties. Many customers choose to make extra payments, which are applied directly to the principal balance. Because interest is prorated daily based on the remaining balance, reducing the principal sooner can help save money and shorten the loan term.

Our loans are designed to help with short-term financial needs and are not intended to be a long-term solution. Many customers use our service to address an immediate situation, then pay off the loan early, sometimes after securing lower-interest options elsewhere. This approach can result in only a short period of interest before the loan is paid in full.

Applied for a loan for an emergency…

Applied for a loan for an emergency situation. Waited for funds to be deposited. Money never showed up. Call and they voided the loan and reapplied for a new loan for me over the phone saying it was a bank issue. Waited until the next business day for the funds to be deposited, and again they didn't show up. Called again, their agent said that I messed up the routing number and it will take 3 business days before funds can be transferred. I told them to cancel the loan and they said they still have to wait 3 business days before anything can be done, but in the meantime my 1st loan payment is due to pull out next week!! I told her they better not pull 1 cent out of my account being I've received no money from them and it was their agent who typed in the info over the phone, so it was their mistake!!
This company seems very sketchy!!! I would've never even used them if it wasn't an emergency. Just to update, after I posted this review I received an email stating my loan was voided.

Just very helpful in my time of need

Just very helpful in my time of need. I was not expecting to loose my job and my missed payments put me in surcival mode. I was not sure when I wouls gain employment. Now that I have been offered a job, fineday has allowed me to get back on track with refi and payments. Thank you so much!!!
