My ring got sent to me with a few marks…
My ring got sent to me with a few marks on it customers service delt with this and sent me a barcode to send the ring back and said the work would be done in 48-72 hrs it my wedding ring. It should of been checked and clean and polish before sending it out to me , still waiting for the ring to come back to me it will b 2wks tomorrow

I recently bought a 3CT white gold eternity ring for my wife to celebrate 10 years of marriage after a particularly difficult year having been diagnosed with a Brain tumour. Second time lucky
The bracelet we bought is lovely but we had to return it as the clasp would not open when we received it. This was fixed and returned to us quickly and it is fine now.

Replied saying any earlier would be appreciated to ensure it was here by her birthday.
