A hanging chain with non-fitting screws, but the ordering and delivering was top-notch
**** I realized later that platform review is different from product review. The platform itself was awesome: increasing from 2 to 5 stars ***
The online ordering, delivery, and cost were all great for the hanging chair we bought from them. However, the chair itself had at least 3 nut-bolts that were impossible to fit. We only realized this after we had fixed almost 80 perecnt of this 18 Kg chair. Now, we dont want to go through dismantling and packing again to return back. Its just gping to stand in a corner somewhere.
