Absolutely disgusting service clearly…

Absolutely disgusting service clearly being run by liars my daughter‘s birthday is tomorrow her gift was supposed to be delivered today. They have taken a picture of a strangers property and said how they have tried to deliver but couldn’t how did these people even operate they should close down if everybody takes a look at the reviews which is left we can clearly see this service is rubbish.

Caught driver on a camera he didn't see taking a pic making out he's delivered my parcel and pocketed it for himself! That was valentines gone out the window they don't respond to emails I'd suggest any company avoiding this shock of a company

Driver did not attempt to get out of his van to deliver, parked outside the flats and then drive off and said address not found. Customer service is only email and do not respond.

Hi I this needs to be monitored as why do they think it's ok to just leave there ugly looking machine on the pavement blocking walk path. This is a health and safety issue and no one seems to care. The council minister needs to look into this because, This looks like a third world 🌎 attitude. JB

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. For your customers sake AVOID. Because you will regret it when all the failed deliveries and customer complaints come in. Worst Delivery company I’ve ever experienced. They delivered my package to the wrong building (proven by the delivery photos), on the second attempt they tried to deliver to a company carpark on the wrong road behind my building (again the incompetence was proven by the attempted delivery photos!) and the delivery guy had the audacity to say the delivery failed because I wasn’t in to receive it! I’ve now sent a marked up map, photo of my building and gps coordinates… who knows if that’ll even work. Only use if you never want your deliveries to arrive and want a complete headache.

Incompetent

Driver cannot read delivery instructions. Ordered something to be delivered in time for Christmas, even left a note for the driver stating "urgently needed for Christmas". Ended up with an attempted delivery notification a week after Christmas. What a joke.

Website is useless.

Inaccurate tracking info that leaves you waiting days on end for an "expected" delivery that never turns up.

No option to collect from locker or post office either.

Just rubbish!

Do not answer emails and absolutely no other way to contact them sent me emails at 10pm at night saying they attempted delivery at 9.50pm ( which I might add they never ) and still never had them delivered the next day! Now on day 3 and they are still NOT here and should have been delivered 4 days ago, the seller is disappointed too … Absolute shameful!! If you are a company reading this avoid it like you would someone with Covid !!

This company Is a shambles, they delivered my parcel to the wrong block of flats, I have now lost a parcel worth £110 due to them not reading an address properly!! You can't contact any humans. I purchased through tiktok and they will not help as stupid finmile have it marked as successfully delivered! Stay clear of this company!!

Incompetent

Worst delivery experience ever. Waiting in for a parcel and checked tracking only to see failed delivery attempt and a picture of a random house up the road even though I live in flats! I left a very clear, detailed description of my address and the second day they still managed to mess up. Took a picture of a field from behind the wheel of their car. Contacted customer service all they could say was that my delivery would be attempted a third time, and haven’t answered any questions since. Useless

Not even worth 1 star!! This company have 4 of my parcels and will not deliver them to my flat. I've given them delivery instructions and my phone number to call me but they've been ignored. Just say failed to deliver and take a photo of the parcel I have a ring doorbell to prove this hasn't been "attempted"

A total joke always say can't deliver dew as can't access the property when I have an open driveway but manage to deliver the next day ... and the other day delivered to a totally different address to mine.. sent the company email and no one gets back to you.. they make E##I look good .. I have photos of where the parcel was left and photos of my property total different and I have CCTV and me and the wife was in .. DONT USE THEM

AVOID.

If i could give no stars I would have.

Phone number wrong.
Website is rubbish the links don’t work.
Email address is not complete.

I have tried to get my parcel for the last 2 weeks nothing.
Says it’s out for delivery. Maybe be they are walking to me from the warehouse.
I didn’t pick to use this delivery company. I have made the company aware of the issues and reviews.

Liars

Liars. Showing under tracking they attempted delivery 18.06 Wed evening. I was in but checked CCTV just in case. No one came to front door. Checked bell log, surprise, surprise nothing. Just lying as they have now had this parcel at the very local delivery office since Monday 10am. Parcel was handed over at customs on 30th Oct, now 12th Nov and still not delivered. Got to Uk quicker than taking for UK delivery.
Appalling company as most have already stated.
PS. you need to leave a space in middle of post code or it will not find you delivery even with the reference number.
Update. Complained about Finmile to sender, who chased and the parcel was delivered about 2hours later by a landscaping company. Rang the door bell and was back in his van before l could open the front door. They have logged that l signed for the parcel. 1 letter swiggle on the p.o.d.

Is this company even real I have had the same negative experience as most here never got my parcel and unable to track it. This does not reflect good on companies like temu who use it as it makes the whole process from ordering and paying to the no delivery look like a scam. However temu did refund very quickly and no problem with temu itself but they need to not use this company anymore

After complaining to Temu for 2days m, finmile coincidently updated the tracking. As of now everyday the delivery date changes.
Pointless and awful company, im not sure how they’re legally allowed to trade.
