this company is useless ordered item and cleared customs on the 30 oct still not forwarded and keep on pushing off estimated delivery date no explanation and wrong contact number on site also no reply to inquiry
I would not give it half a star
I would not give it half a star. Ive never seen service this phenomenally bad. Two parcels from temu ordered on different dates cannot be tracked on finmile because the system does not recognise bother order number and postcode I entered. Since the parcels cleared customs which was more than a week ago, there's been a deafening silence from the courier company. It's sickening. Finmile is so bad I think they ought to close shop and go home. The people who run it are of more use sitting still and gathering cobwebs.

I been w as iting for my parcel from TEMU it's been in UK for over a week by this coming Friday its been 3 weeks since I pay for my items I still not received them now I don't think my parcel will ever come
Horrible
Their portal does not recognise my order number issued by them, there is no contact with them, they do not respond to their forms. Their tracking is not up to date, cannot contact the courier delivering. Cannot divert parcel anywhere and they cannot find a typical London address. Have had to get a refund.

Horrible company who doesn’t pay their staff, expect their staff to be out delivering for 12+ hours and will deduct your payment significantly if you dont deliver all your parcels which will take ages on a big bulky bicycle that can’t go over 15 mph, there have been many occasions where I have been working from 6:45am up to 10-11pm which is abnormal and they haven’t paid me a dime to this day, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PARCELS
Don’t use this delivery service
Delivery from TikTok shop, delivery attempt tried once, failed to take any notice of delivery instructions. This was supposed to be 1 out of 3 delivery attempts. Parcel never seen again, customer service was very poor. After a week, items got cancelled and getting a refund. Disgusting service all round to be honest.
