Lied to me for months saying they were getting more cars...then pulled out of the US market. Go back to Europe.
I had a chevy blazer with them. The car, the service was good. But they didn't allow me to extend the contract. And they don't have anycars at all to lease. Its not a good business practice. Currently im without a car. Working on getting a regular lease. They lost a customer for good. If you don't have any more cars for me to subscribe to. And you won't extend my lease. Its not worth it. Rather have a regular lease. Like this i wont be without a car

Disgusting company. I returned the car in perfect condition way below the mileage. They charged me an absurd amount for "damages". Also they charged me a $200 pick up fee. Some guy came and just drove off with it.
Also, the guy who picked up my car and inspected it, said I shouldn’t be charged a dollar. Finn is a very shady company.
I read reviews in the past about this but for some reason I still got the car.
This is a shady company. And it’s not even worth it, just get a 2 year lease and pay half the price.
After the final invoice, they stole my money, and everyone at Finn managed to disappear.
Once i sent an extremely aggressive email stating the charges in relation to the "damage" was unlawful, they instantly refunded me half..
I didn't have any more energy in me to keep arguing so i settled at that, but their return process is very shady and thats why they refunded half right away, and even then i was way overcharged...
Just steer clear of this company.
Replying: i responded to you via trust pilot with my full name and final invoice number so you can verify that I am who I say I am.

1. Car wise, choices and efficiency (10/10)
2. Ease of delivery and return (3/10)- dishonest people, after I returned the car they claimed that 1. I didn't not bring the second key and 2. Manual book was missing, so they wanted to charge me over $250 for that, luckily I had photos and videos of the car and keys before I returned it that I sent to them to prove that they lost these or they were planning to rip me off.
3. Registration, oil change fees taken care of (10/10)
4. Straightforward contract (5/10)
5. Car insurance (-1/10) BIG SCAM
6. Customer service WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE (0/10) my issue was when I returned the car, up to that point I had zero issues. Until I planned to have a new insurance for my owned car, the insurance company asked me to present proof of insurance for the last 6 months, I called FINN asking about that, since the insurance card they gave me was not recognized and on the contract it said I was paying a fee for the insurance they provided me and that I MUST have that insurance, FINN not only gave me hard time before giving me the actual name of the insurance company which was different than the one on the insurance card they provided, but turned out that when I called that insurance company with the policy #, the policy number did not exist, it only left me to believe that the insurance part was a big scam. And FINN refused to have a 3-way call with the insurance company to resolve this. Which proved that they knew about this fraud. Ofcourse it seemed like for 6 months I had no insurance coverage and all the quotes I recieved later were extremely expensive.
*MY advice:
1. keep your other insurance on the side, because whatever insurance and coverage FINN claims to provide, is not true. Eventually, they told me that with the insurance we provide its only the car that is covered. And whoever drives it! Which is bull.
And the FINN customer service who i believe was also the business owner was extremely rude as he had nothing better to defend himself.
2. Make sure you take a video of the miles and the car inside out (keys, manual book, scratches, oil level, etc...) + photos before returning it, otherwise they will come up with something to charge you.

I want to give less than one star, but I can't.
Don’t waste your time or money.
I just saw your response, so I would like to answer that. I did ask about three months, but that’s not the issue. The issue is that you don’t have any cars available until next month. Instead of wasting time, you can mention it on the website.

I just completed my first one year subscription as of 12/20/23, I left a detailed review in the beginning of my subscription praising Finn for this amazing subscription service.. I’m back to praise them again!! I’m elated to have found such an amazing company, I’m already scheduling my next subscription for when I return in February. Everything is just so smooth, easy, & transparent! Like someone else had mentioned you do have to pay for any damages.. scratches nicks, dents, spills etc. however it is not astronomical.. think around $100-$200 if that, you also have to physically return the vehicle or pay $200 for someone to pick it up. Which to me it was worth it to pay to have someone pick it up as opposed to driving 2 hours, I’m in southern NJ & the drop off location is in northern NJ up by New York (it may be different for you). I like to think we took exceptional care of the car, & I’m happy we paid for increased mileage. The driver took very detailed pictures prior to leaving with the car; to ensure any damage sustained on his return would not be faulted to me. I’m ashamed to say I waited to the last minute & didn’t have time to have it professionally detailed, I was only able to get a standard cleaning the morning of pickup. Regardless Finn charged me the same as what I would have paid for a professional detailing. This truly is an amazing service, they delivered a brand new car to my door, covered any & all maintenance, the cost of full coverage insurance was included in the monthly payment, & they were more than fair with their charges for return & the cost of wear & tear. You have a customer for life!! To be honest the only suggestion I can even give would be to remove the very large Finn lettering in the back window.. this is extremely identifiable given that this service is relatively unheard of.. maybe get a license plate holder or a small decal.. something a little more inconspicuous, & safer for females since this could be used to follow or target someone.

I had a wonderful experience with FINN renting a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from 5/15/2023 - 11/15/2023. I rescheduled my original delivery from 3/15/2023. I received a $300 promotional discount which was applied to my second months invoice. I called/emailed customer service a few times during the lease and they were super helpful. I took the Jeep on a cross country road-trip over the summer and went 9412 miles over the subscription. I knew this was going to happen and anticipated the charge. I was also charged 252.50 for some damage on the car which was also anticipated. The car was dropped on on the delivery date and I got an email that they compound wasn't accepting non employee deliveries so they picked up the car on the date free of charge. There were two recalls during the subscription and I took it in to the dealer who cleared the first one and for the second one they would have had to order parts and do the service on two separate dates so I ended up just not getting it done. I also took it in for an oil change at Jiffy lube when the warning came on and they performed the oil change with no charge to me. The experience with FINN was excellent and well worth the premium for a short term lease where I didn't need to to taxes/tags/insurance. Since I turned this in I have been waiting for a Chevrolet Silverado to be available for lease and it seems odd that the cars do not have delivery dates specified like they used to it now says "Availability to be confirmed". All in all I had a great experience with FINN and would subscribe with them again in the future.

Be very careful with this company. They get you into signing an agreement without mentioning 2000.- Euro Deposit. Once signed, they keep on sending you reminders to pay 2000.- despite contacting their support team to cancel as I haven't been made aware of this massive extra cost. Now they send me a hefty cancellation fee of 659.-
The support was super responsive until I told them that they hadn't mentioned a single time before signing that there would be a 2000.- deposit. After that, all my messages have stayed unanswered.

After returning the second car I rented from Finn, I received a final invoice that left me disheartened. The billed amount was nearly three times my regular monthly rate throughout the year.
This invoice was generated based on an appraisal report, highlighting damages that, upon closer inspection, appeared to be minimal and largely fell within the realm of "usage damages" explicitly outlined on FINN's website. Unfortunately, attempts to engage in a constructive dialogue with FINN on this matter proved futile, resulting in a significant financial loss due to what I perceived as an unfair service.
While the concept of the service is commendable, its execution falls significantly short of expectations. In light of my experience, I would recommend exploring alternative mobility services for a more satisfactory and transparent experience.

I had a 2023 chevy trailblazer which was phenomenal. I tried to renew the vechicle for another year but I was told that Finn doesn't like to do that. Unfortanalely I had an accident with this car due to "black ice", I was very blessed not to receive any injuries due to all the airbags deploying, not so much for the car. After reporting the accident the representative made sure that I wasn't injuried in order for him that I didn't need medical attention. He was more concerned with my well being than the vehicle, genuine. I also want to compliment them on the ease in obtaining a rental car. I am so looking forward for another vehicle after my subscription expires. I hope that they have a wider array of vehicles to offer. They have earned my business wholeheartedly.

I have been very satisfied with my
overall experience with FINN. The approval, delivery, and maintenance processes were smooth, and I have been in love with my car. This is a legit, no-nonsense company, with a helpful and professional team of customer care personnel. My only frustration comes now as I am looking to renew my subscription with a follow-up vehicle and either their website and app are not updated frequently enough, their vehicle inventory circulation is poor or both. For weeks I see the same 8 cars that are still pending availability, none of which are appealing to me in the first place. This is also frustrating because they urge you to make referrals, which I'm happy to do but for the embarrassment of such limited availability visible when the prospective subscriber goes to look on the app. I just want the newer model year of the same car I had for 12 months but I'm told they are going in a different direction - AUDI. If I can't secure my follow-up soon I may be forced away from FINN. This is the last thing I want.

Good company. I took a car six months ago. Delivery to the address where you need it, which is very convenient. Insurance is already present. And the support service works around the clock. I recommend this service

They are very nice and good until you return the car, once you return the car they'll charge you a ton of money for every unvisible scratch they charged me over $3,500 when I return my car so basically you have to count another $600 per month

I thought this was the greatest thing I had found until I had to return the car. Thank god I didn’t resubscribe. They hit you with a wild bill. I was charged for pickup when they told me it would be waived due to not having drop off locations in my location. I got charged for wear and tear that unless Finn is paying you to leave your car in a garage it’s impossible to return the car exactly in mint conditions. I took very well care of the car. I even got it detailed. They hit me with almost $1k in extra fees. They should tell ppl a garage is a requirement or they should pay for it. I leased in the past and I never had this issues. Then, the car had the engine light on due to a fabric issue. Nothing to do with me. I took it to dealership. Wasted 3 hours just waiting for them to do updates and change a recalled part. Told me they would contact me when they received the part they needed to fix the engine light issue. It was a month before having to return it and the dealership still didn’t have the part. I did everything Finn instructed me to do in this case and i got charged extra for it upon return. W T F. I would never ever recommend this to anyone. You’re better off with buying a car. We are already paying a hefty monthly subscription fee since they take care of insurance and etc but for them to fine ppl for regular wear and tear is ridiculous. Try charging Mother Nature.
Update: they can’t control third parties they say. So instead they will charge their own customers for someone else’s fault? What a complete joke. I wish I had read these reviews before getting involved with Finn. Too good to be true indeed! Kudos to all of those who went as far as getting legal action.
