This company is dishonest and aims to steal your money.

I deposited money and it hasn't arrived for days. I contacted the company but no one is responding. Bad service and a bad company.

Thank you for the accusation. Unfortunately, there is one rather important detail missing: any evidence that you are actually a Finotive client or made the deposit you describe.

This review was posted under an anonymous name. We asked the reviewer via TrustPilot to provide basic information so that we could investigate, including the account email, deposit amount, payment reference, transaction date or support-ticket details. They provided nothing and failed to respond.

A genuine missing deposit creates a traceable payment record. It does not become untraceable simply because the reviewer chooses to make a dramatic public allegation instead of supplying the information required to locate it.

The irony of accusing a company of dishonesty while refusing to provide a single detail that would allow the alleged transaction to be verified speaks for itself.

Regrettably, Trustpilot has also chosen to leave this review published, stating that it does not breach its guidelines regarding reviews “not based on a genuine experience,” despite the reviewer failing to provide any documentation or verifiable customer information. Readers should therefore understand that the continued presence of a review on Trustpilot does not necessarily mean that the experience, transaction or even the reviewer’s customer status has been verified.

Trustpilot’s decision to publish an unsupported anonymous allegation is a reflection of its moderation process. It is not evidence that Finotive received, withheld or “stole” anyone’s money.

Should the reviewer provide an identifiable account email, payment confirmation or transaction reference, we will investigate the matter properly. Until then, this remains an anonymous and completely unsubstantiated accusation.

A remarkably detailed review: “never try this” — written twice, with no explanation, no account details, no transaction, no support ticket, and no evidence that the reviewer has ever been a Finotive customer.

We requested identifying information through Trustpilot so that we could verify the reviewer and investigate whatever experience they were supposedly referring to. Nothing was provided.

There is therefore no complaint for us to investigate, no allegation for us to answer, and no evidence of any genuine customer experience. It is simply an anonymous one-line statement with absolutely no supporting information.

Despite this, Trustpilot has chosen to leave the review published. Apparently, repeating “never try this” is now sufficient to damage a company’s rating without the reviewer needing to prove they purchased anything, held an account, or even interacted with the business.

For anyone reading this: the continued presence of this review does not mean that Trustpilot verified the reviewer as a customer. It means Trustpilot decided that an anonymous, unsupported statement containing no actual details was acceptable to remain publicly visible.

Should the reviewer provide genuine customer information and explain what supposedly happened, we will investigate it. Until then, this review says considerably more about Trustpilot’s verification standards than it does about Finotive.

Very good firm with transparent rules, tight spreads and smooth payout

Very good firm with transparent rules, and tight spreads. The dashboard is very user friendly also. I also love the fact that payout is weekly, and it is very easy and smooth.

The only little negative I have is that payouts are processed on Fridays, but U need to initiate it on Thursday, so U need to wait almost 24 hours for your payout. Also wish one could hold trades overnight without having to worry about overnight swap fee.

I have never had a reason to contact support, so for now I can't speak on that.

So overall, I am loving every bit of my time with them.. my account is currently in drawdown though, but I'm hoping to come out from it and get my second payout.

I highly recommend them.

Dear Patrick,

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and generous review — this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us keep getting better.
It's great to hear the transparent rules and tight spreads are standing out for you, and that the dashboard feels easy to work with. Fast, hassle-free weekly payouts are something we've put a lot of effort into, so we're really happy that side of things is landing well.
Your point about the Thursday-to-Friday payout window is completely fair — that wait can feel long when you're ready to withdraw, and it's genuinely useful to hear it from a trader's day-to-day perspective. The same goes for your note on overnight swaps. Both are the kind of thing we keep under review, and I'll make sure this reaches the right people on our side.
On support — no news is good news, but we're always just a message away whenever you need us.
Wishing you the best getting back out of that drawdown, and we're looking forward to seeing that second payout come through for you. Thanks again for the recommendation — it truly doesn't go unnoticed.

FINOTIVE admits in writing: no rule broken. Payout cut from 70% to 10% anyway

Everything below is based on Finotive's own written statements: their Risk Review letter of 10 July 2026 and their written rejection of my appeal. All quotes are verbatim.

I traded an «Instant Funding Lite» 100k account (Number: 80090564): 5 trades, all profitable (+$3484 in total), fixed lot size, defined stop-loss and take-profit, fully within their published rules. The day my final trade closed, they cut my payout from 70% to 10% and permanently closed my account.

Their letter cited no specific rule I had broken. I appealed; their written answer confirmed it: the decision «was not made on the basis of those individual provisions». FINOTIVE states, in writing, that the payout reduction is not based on any specific rule in its own Terms. Instead it rests on a «holistic assessment» — that five profitable trades «did not provide sufficient evidence of a broader, consistently repeatable trading methodology.» That standard exists nowhere in their Terms. No minimum trade count, no rule against winning. It was applied after the fact and could not have been known in advance.

The real reason appears in both letters: their liquidity provider classified my flow as «unhedgeable» — industry language for trading that consistently wins. So my trading was simultaneously too consistently profitable for their liquidity partner and not «consistently repeatable» enough to be paid. Both cannot be true. One is the reason; the other is the justification.

No strike or warning ever existed on my account, and my access was revoked before their own appeal deadline had expired. I hold the complete correspondence documenting every statement here.

UPDATE — 21 July 2026: Finotive has replied below. Their reply confirms my review rather than rebutting it.

Read their response carefully. It names no rule I broke and identifies no strike — because there were none. Their own appeal letter to me already admitted the decision «was not made on the basis of those individual provisions».

Their public reply now defends the outcome by saying it was «not determined solely by whether a specific strike or individual rule violation has been recorded» The word «solely» carries that entire sentence. The honest version, confirmed by their own correspondence, is that it was not determined by any strike or rule violation, because none existed.

Notice what their reply is completely silent about: the actual reason stated in their own two letters — that their liquidity provider classified my flow as «unhedgeable». They defend the «broader assessment» but say nothing about that classification, because that was the reason. Everything else is packaging.

Their reply says they will contact me directly. I welcome it, and I will report the outcome here transparently — including any condition attached to it. If they pay the withheld amount, this review will say so, fairly and publicly.

For other funded traders: a payout reduced to 10% is, in substance, a denial of the other 60%, if your account has a 70% profit split. If this has happened to you, it is worth documenting — with the firm's own correspondence — through the prop firm review and dispute channels that specialize in payout denials, not only here. The more of these are documented, the clearer the pattern.

FURTHER UPDATE — 22 July 2026: Now confirmed at senior level. Finotive's Global Head of Customer Experience (Finotive One) has since written to me stating that «the decision taken on your account was not based on a claim that you violated a specific published trading rule». That is the clearest possible confirmation of the point of this review: no rule was broken, and the payout was still reduced from 70% to 10%. The reduced payment has now been paid; the withheld 60% has not.

(Update: 26th June 2026)
Dear Jan,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate all feedback, even where a customer disagrees with the outcome of a review.

We would, however, like to clarify several points so that readers have an accurate understanding of how Finotive's Risk Review process operates under our Terms and Conditions.

Firstly, your account was not reviewed solely to determine whether a single published trading rule or Strike had been triggered. Our Terms and Conditions distinguish between individual rule breaches, which carry predefined consequences, and broader Risk Reviews, which assess the overall trading profile, account behaviour, and other relevant risk considerations. As expressly set out in Section 7.1, Finotive may assess individual trades, groups of trades, account patterns and a Trader's overall conduct when determining compliance:

https://finotivefunding.com/terms-and-conditions#section-7

For that reason, your statement that "no rule was broken, therefore the payout could not be reduced" does not accurately reflect the contractual framework governing our Services. A Risk Review is not limited to identifying isolated rule breaches or Strike-based events.
Your review considered the complete trading profile associated with the account, together with additional risk information available to the Risk Team. Following that review, a determination was made in accordance with the Risk Review provisions contained within our Terms and Conditions. Section 7.24 expressly provides that Risk Reviews may result in a range of outcomes, including Reward Payment approval, delay, rejection, permanent account closure, permanent exclusion, or another decision reasonably determined by Finotive based on the findings of the review.
Similarly, Reward Payments are not automatic upon generating simulated profits. Under Section 12.2, every Reward Payment Request remains subject to compliance with the applicable Terms and Conditions, including Risk Review where appropriate. The Terms expressly provide that Finotive may withhold, adjust, reduce, reject or delay a Reward Payment where a Risk or Compliance Review is pending or where other relevant concerns arise.
Your review also involved considerations relating to the continued provision of our Services. Like many firms operating simulated evaluation programmes, Finotive maintains internal risk-management policies and works with external infrastructure providers as part of its wider operational framework. Certain aspects of those assessments are commercially sensitive and cannot be disclosed publicly. Our Terms expressly reserve Finotive's right to refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably consider this appropriate for risk, compliance, operational or business reasons, and further provide that detailed reasons need not be disclosed where doing so would compromise internal monitoring or related controls.
We also wish to clarify one further point. Your review was not based solely on the fact that your trades were profitable, that you traded a single instrument, or that you maintained a consistent position size. None of those characteristics, considered individually, automatically results in a Risk Review outcome. Rather, they formed part of the overall account profile that was assessed alongside the broader information available to the Risk Team during the review process.

We fully respect your right to disagree with our conclusions and to share your opinion publicly. Equally, we believe it is important that readers understand the distinction between a predefined Strike for a specific trading rule and a broader contractual Risk Review. Those are separate mechanisms under our Terms and Conditions and serve different purposes.

We appreciate your participation in the Finotive Funding programme and wish you every success in your future trading.

Kind regards,
Finotive Risk Team

Closed my Accounts With A Bogus Reason

I was running 2x 100k instant lite since Februari. With the first payout I had to do a video confirmation and elevated KYC. In total I had 9 payouts on the 2 accounts.
This week they decided to close my account with no real good reason. I was risking max 0.6% and my total drawdown was around 1.2%.
With a few payouts they asked to do elevated KYC again and again.
If you get to profitable they just kick you out and close everything.
Below the email with risk issues with no real explanation.
As stated before I did very low risk trades well within the limit of 1.5%.
This is just a Cowboy firm with only low payout amounts. And their total payout amount is also so low if you compare it with other firms and Finotive is alreay running for years.
This is real example of a Cowboy firm.
Stay away from Finotive with their bad support and major slippage. Run to FTMO!!!!

This the email they sent.
"Dear Irwan,

Following a comprehensive review of your account and trading activity, Finotive Funding has concluded its Risk Review.

During this review, your trading flow was assessed by our liquidity provider as toxic and unhedgeable. As a result, our liquidity provider has determined that it is unable to continue accepting or managing the risk associated with your trading activity.

This determination is based on the liquidity provider's independent risk assessment and is not a discretionary decision made solely by Finotive Funding. As our simulated risk management framework relies on maintaining relationships with liquidity providers that are willing to warehouse or hedge trading flow, we are unable to continue providing our Services where trading activity has been classified as unhedgeable.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions:
Section 3.2 – Refusal and Restrictions
provides that Finotive Funding may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services where it considers this necessary for risk, compliance, platform integrity, or business reasons.
Section 18.2 – Termination
further provides that Finotive Funding may terminate a Trader's access where it reasonably determines that continuation presents a material risk.

After considering the findings of the review, we have determined that we are no longer able to offer our Services to you, and your account has therefore been permanently closed.

Any Reward Payment that has already been approved remains unaffected and will be processed in accordance with our normal procedures. However, no further participation in the Finotive Funding programme will be permitted. We appreciate the time you have spent trading with Finotive Funding and thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,

Finotive Risk Team"

Your own review rather spectacularly disproves the accusation you are attempting to make.

You claim that Finotive removes traders “when they get too profitable.” Yet you operated two $100,000 Instant Lite accounts for several months and received nine successful payouts totalling $10,214.57.

Apparently, Finotive was not a “cowboy firm” while those nine payments were arriving.

Your accounts were not closed because you risked 0.6%, because your drawdown was approximately 1.2%, or because you were profitable. You repeatedly refer to those figures because they sound favourable, but they do not address the reason your access was terminated.

Remaining within a drawdown or position-risk limit does not automatically mean that the resulting trading flow is commercially hedgeable. Your trading flow was assessed by our liquidity provider as toxic and unhedgeable, and the provider determined that it could no longer accept or manage the associated risk. Once the provider refused the flow, Finotive could no longer continue offering you access under Sections 3.2 and 18.2 of the Terms you accepted.

This was not concealed from you. You received a written explanation identifying:

The outcome of the Risk Review;
The liquidity provider’s assessment;
The reason Finotive could no longer continue the relationship;
The relevant contractual provisions; and
Confirmation that all previously approved payouts remained unaffected.

You then copied that exact explanation into your review while simultaneously claiming that you were given “no real reason.” The reason is literally contained in the email you published.

Your comments regarding enhanced KYC are equally misleading. Enhanced verification is a risk and compliance procedure, not evidence that Finotive is refusing to pay. You completed the relevant checks and continued receiving payouts. In total, you were successfully paid nine times.

So let us make the position completely clear:

You were not denied your approved payouts. You received more than $10,000.

You were not removed simply because you were profitable. You had already been profitable and paid on nine separate occasions.

You were offboarded because the liquidity provider responsible for accepting the trading risk determined that your flow could no longer be accepted.

What you were not entitled to was permanent and unconditional access to the programme after the underlying risk provider refused to continue accepting the flow.

You have also alleged “major slippage” without providing a single order number, execution record, timestamp, or specific example that could be investigated.

You are, of course, free to use or promote another firm. However, accepting $10,214.57 across nine payouts, then publishing the exact risk explanation you received while telling readers that no explanation was provided, is not a credible or honest description of what happened.

The payment history and the email you chose to publish speak for themselves.

The "Real Market Experience"

The "Real Market Experience": 20 Pip Spreads on EURUSD
I would like to share my real experience, purchase receipt # FF-80042581 of 50K MT5 challenge number 80042581 (any other proof that I am a real client is available) regarding Finotive's execution quality and liquidity during daily rollover, in order to help other traders make informed decisions.

On my 50k Challenge, I had a Sell position on EURUSD. At exactly 5:00 PM EST (rollover), the spread widened by over 20 pips. As a result, my stop loss was triggered with massive negative slippage, closing a heavily profitable trade at a loss. To provide context, I had the exact same setup running simultaneously on other accounts with different reputable prop firms/brokers. On all those other platforms, the spread remained stable, the trade stayed open, and it successfully hit my Take Profit shortly after.

When I contacted Finotive support with chart evidence, they provided a $70 goodwill refund (which I acknowledge). However, they officially stated that upon review, there were no pricing errors or anomalies. They confirmed that a 20-pip spread on EURUSD is the actual pricing received from their Liquidity Providers at that time, and that "comparing executions across different providers does not necessarily indicate that one execution is incorrect". While I understand rollover mechanics, the fact that their official LP feeds produce a 20+ pip spread on the most liquid currency pair in the world—while competitors do not—is something every trader should be aware of. If you trade here, be extremely careful holding any position through 5:00 PM EST, as your stop losses are exposed to extreme, unmanageable spread widening

Dear Rubes,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience.

We fully understand how disappointing it can be when a trade outcome is significantly affected by spread expansion during the daily rollover period, particularly when the position was otherwise performing well.

As acknowledged in your review, our team conducted a thorough investigation of the trade and confirmed that no pricing errors, platform malfunctions, or execution anomalies were identified. The pricing observed reflected the liquidity and quotes received from external liquidity providers during rollover, a period that is known across the industry for reduced liquidity and wider spreads.

While comparisons with other brokers or prop firms may naturally be made by traders, it is important to note that different firms can receive pricing from different liquidity sources and therefore experience different market conditions at the same moment in time.

We appreciate that this experience was frustrating, and we're grateful that you recognised our efforts to review the matter and provide a goodwill gesture despite no fault being identified. Feedback such as yours is valuable, as it helps highlight the importance of understanding market conditions around rollover periods and managing exposure accordingly.

Thank you again for sharing your perspective, and we wish you success in your future trading endeavours.

Dear Trader,

We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way.

We understand that it can be frustrating when a trade does not close at the exact stop loss or take profit level expected. Market conditions such as volatility, spread fluctuations, liquidity availability, and slippage can impact execution prices, particularly during periods of heightened market activity.

As the details provided in your review are limited, we are unable to verify the circumstances surrounding the trade or account decision referenced. We would welcome the opportunity to review the matter further and better understand your concerns.

Dear Abraham,

We appreciate you taking the time to share both the positive and challenging aspects of your experience.

We understand how frustrating it can be when market volatility results in a trade being closed at a different price than anticipated, particularly when the difference has a significant impact on the outcome of the trade.

Periods of increased volatility, reduced liquidity, major news events, market opens, and rollovers can sometimes lead to wider spreads and slippage across financial markets. While these conditions are not unique to any single firm, we recognise the importance of providing traders with a reliable execution environment and continuously monitor the quality of the services provided through our liquidity infrastructure.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Feedback like yours helps us better understand trader experiences and identify areas where we can continue to improve communication and overall trading conditions. We wish you the very best in your future trading endeavours.

I’ve been trading with Finotive Funding…

I’ve been trading with Finotive Funding since 2022 and have experienced many ups and downs along the way. However, one thing I can say is that they have consistently worked to improve and provide a higher-quality experience, similar to the top prop firms in the industry.

Some of their rules and processes can be frustrating at times, but if you are a disciplined and profitable trader, those issues become much less important. At the end of the day, a successful trader and Finotive Funding both benefit from the same outcome—a true win-win situation.

So Finotive, you guys the best. thank you

Dear Mohamad,

Long term feedback carries a special significance for us, particularly from traders who have seen the platform evolve over several years.

We're grateful that you've recognised the continuous improvements we've made and the effort invested in enhancing the overall trading experience. We understand that not every rule or process will suit every trader perfectly, but we're pleased that you've been able to see the bigger picture and focus on what ultimately matters: creating an environment where disciplined traders can succeed.

Your perspective on the relationship between trader success and company success is one we strongly share.

Thank you for being part of the journey since 2022 and for your continued trust in Finotive.
