very very professional and efficient - the software portal is 2nd to none -

Facility is very easy to use and there is always prompt support available if required.

Make some improvements and we will be a long term customer Things went wrong in setting up the facility and with the high level of interaction with the account manager should have been picked up and prevented. I think the system is great but the usability of the site is not good. It has made too much work to try to sort it out. I do however think the interactions with the account manger were exceptional. With some improvements and we will be a long term customer.

Constant problems with platform
Very slow 3-5 days late paying suppliers
Reps always have to email the head office for answers but takes days to get reply
Facility is very deceiving in its advertisement and should be reported
All accounts need full docs such as bank statements profit loss and so on
In short great ideas horrible implementation I can’t see them being able to retain customers long term
