I discovered Fiole on Instagram. As a perfume lover I was intrigued by the concept.
I took the quiz and was speedily sent out six perfume samples of which I loved most! I’m currently deciding which to purchase.
Fab idea and excellent service and communication! Will definitely be recommending to my friends!
A more interesting way to shop for perfume.

I stumbled upon Fiole via TikTok and was instantly intrigued. Since falling out of love with my old perfumes, I've struggled to find what works for me. I get so overwhelmed by the options and have not found anyone who has been able to truly help/advise.
So I thought, well why not give this a try - they seem to be offering the help that I have struggled to find, linking general smells that I love, with fragrances.
I must admit I did the test twice because I had a sneak peek at my first fragrances after questioning one of my choices and realised I had indeed clicked the wrong options.
On my second quiz I corrected that answer and trusted the process - it was totally worth it and I have fallen in love with three of the six! It was so difficult because they're all so accurate, that my fiancé and mum were drafted in... All of us were left struggling to decide. I've followed my gut, but will be purchasing the others over the coming months - so excited to have a sophisticated collection of fragrances, that are all equally delicious but with slightly different notes / feel!

I wanted to get a new perfume for my birthday and wanted to get something a bit different to the usual 'Chanels' and 'Jo Malones' that dominate the perfume departments. I was excited to discover Fiole and the unique service they offer and it was an added bonus that I could support a new and independent business at the same time!

Being used to the more mass-produced scents around at the moment, I was initially worried that I wouldn't find a scent that I would like, or that they might be too heavy for me. I did the online questionnaire, received my 6 samples and there were 2 that were definite favourites! When I opened up the envelope to see which were my favourite 2, it was such a surprise as based on their names, I wouldn't have looked twice at these scents had I seen them in a shop.

Another bonus of having a sample box is the fact that you can 'live' with the perfumes for longer. So, I eventually went for my 2nd favourite perfume as I preferred the base notes and it stayed on my skin for longer than my first preference.

You get what you pay for and it is clear how high quality these scents are, and how much care and thought Fiole have put into selecting the perfumes from the brands which they want to represent.

With quick delivery too, I can't recommend Fiole enough!

I ordered a fiole box to find out what perfume was the best for me, when it came I didn’t actually think I’d buy a fragrance but my favourite that it told me smelled so good! Delivery was quick, I loved the whole experience. Will definitely purchase again! Am currently recommending it to all of my friends.

I have had dealings with Sam in the past before he set up Fiole along with my partner and my family having used his services in the past. He has an incredible talent and along with Josh who seems equally so has created a place I can purchase gifts that are personal and provide for a fun experience during an otherwise turbulent time. I have directly and indirectly got 4 boxes 3 as gifts and gone through the process myself and found a new fragrance. When you purchase fragrances as well the packaging and everything is very detailed. I have not been this impressed by a new idea in a long time. I will be using Fiole as my first stop for fragrance.

I bought a box of samples for £25 that clearly did not follow the questions that were asked at the ordering stage. When I got the box I was disappointed that the samples were just like the free samples given as testers in stores....worse, when I found at least one fragrance I did like, it was a staggering £225 for a 75ml bottle. I will stick with my usual brand from the usual store. Stay clear!

This is a great way to find a new luxury perfume
you get enough of the perfume to try for a couple of days for each scent.
The perfumes smell incredible and last for many hours.
The only downside is I now want to purchase all of them 🤣

I was looking for a new fragrance and I ordered the box of samples. I picked my favorite but the smell was one that I already knew. So if you want replicas of popular perfumes this is for you. For this price rage I expected something unique or new...

I bought a box for myself and for my partner. Being able to try all the different perfumes properly, over a week or longer is such a great way to know which one you want to invest in.

I’d highly recommend giving Fiole a go! A quick and innovative way to find out the perfect scent for you and your partner, with outstanding high quality perfumes!

Wow - what a fantastic, interactive experience that gave me my fragrance personality in such a fun and straight forward way. I am not ordinarily a man that shops for fragrances so the Fiole box gave me chance to do something in my own time, stress and pressure free and it was an absolute pleasure.

Such a unique and wonderful experience- and the best part of it is that it definitely works! My “go to” fragrance preferences are “green” all the way and within my samples were several that I loved. Finally settled on one favourite and then was able to buy a full size bottle redeeming the cost of my box of very generous samples against it. A win/win situation all round and I have a fantastic new favourite fragrance too (Berlin by Gallivant).

In lockdown we've been missing going out for treats and the at home perfume consultation experience was not only a treat but really good fun, we opened a bottle of champagne and spent an evening trying the different perfumes and coming up with our shortlist. It's a great opportunity to try before you buy which a lot of the cosmetics industry could learn from, being able to claim back the cost of the box against future purchases shows that they really believe in their process which is reassuring. The samples have enough that you can try wearing your favourite choice for a day which means you can be really sure in your decision. We ended up buying each other perfume as a treat and the perfume is such good quality it smells amazing all day and lasts for such a long time. It's a real self care boost to put on some fabulous perfume when lockdown is getting a bit much! Everything came beautifully wrapped and really quickly, we would definitely use Fiole for our future perfume orders.

Can a virtual perfumery replace an in-shop consultation? Yes. I’m happy to say that Fiole’s questionnaire effectively determined what makes my fragrance legs wobble. Afterwards, I had the option of having a kit of sample fragrances delivered or immediately purchasing the full-size flacons. Either choice seemed like a win because the cost of the sample kit was modest and it would count towards the purchase of the full-size bottle.

The result? I’m now wearing a gorgeous fragrance from Galivant. And it was delivered to my doorstep in 48 hours. I’ll definitely be consulting and buying from Fiole again soon. Brilliant!

I've spent so long aimlessly wandering around department stores and boutiques trying countless fragrances in an attempt to find a perfume I love. Fiole has absolutely solved this problem. Why not have someone else do the hard work for you?

A wonderfully straightforward, but extremely effective set of questions that lead to a selection of delicious fragrances!

Selection box turned up SO fast. 10/10 service and 10/10 company.

Loved the idea, and a few of the items sent to me were brilliant. However, on going to purchase my preference, the price was £200. I checked, and the lowest cost in my recommendations was still a staggering £175. Now very much a waste of £25.

A great experience- I actually loved more than one of the samples I received and went on to buy my favourite. The scent choices really do feel tailored to my taste. Highly recommended

Didn't like any of the samples so am feeling like I've completely wasted £25.

Quiz is short and uncomprehensive. I didn't like any of the 6 samples at all, so pretty disappointing
