An Enjoyable Process
A really great service from the point of order to delivery. The fragrances in the presentation box matched my chosen preferences perfectly and were nicely presented. I have now found my chosen fragrance and will definitely be placing an order in the very near future.
The actual process of choosing your fragrance is also quite a fun process.
Myself and my Fiancee had a box each, and we tried to guess what each of us would have chosen.
A really good idea all round, more than happy.

Really enjoyed the whole experience
Bought a Fiole box to find a present for my partner. She really enjoyed the whole experience, from having a custom Fiole box selected to trying all of the unmarked scents to pick a favourite. Really nice to be able to focus on deciding a favourite without being distracted by each scent's branding. Everything arrived quickly, and was really well packaged. Would definitely recommend!

Would 100% recommend the Fiole experience. The online process was very simple and all the scents which arrived in the box were gorgeous. Was also great fun not to find out the names of the scents until the end!

Beautiful fragrance and a super easy process!
I'm seriously impressed by this. It can be slightly anxiety inducing when purchasing items like make-up and fragrances not to be able to try them on a counter, but Fiole have nailed it. The quiz is really thorough and the samples that arrived were bang on what I would have chosen for myself had I had hours to wander down perfume aisles. And the fact that the price of the samples are redeemable against a full bottle of your choice is the cherry on the cake. Super impressed and thank you for my new fragrance!
