Excellent All Around
From the quality of their clothing, no matter whether knit wear, basic tees or denim - speaking from a man's perspective here - to their excellent and incredibly fast customer service as well as shipping times, I can't recommend Fiorucci enough.
Orders are processed quickly and are often dispatched the next day (if it's not a weekend of course). If you have an issue with your order, their customer service can be reached easily via email and answers within a day, sometimes only after few hours, as well. No annoying AI bots here!
Returns are just as easy. Shipping back items that don't fit is free, and you'll receive your money back as soon as it has arrived at their distribution center. At least that's been my experience.
Obviously, the clothes and accessories are well made. So far, I've bought t-shirts, knitted sweaters and cardigans, some denim pieces, a knit cap, and some bag charms. The construction of each piece is immaculate, and you'll have a hard time finding even one loose thread. The fabrics are thick and soft and feel just as great, if not better, than other brands in the same or a higher price segment. You get what you pay for; and more, considering that sales happen frequently.
Their '23 revival has reawoken the brand - so, stop sleeping on Fiorucci!

Fiorucci UK has changed, and I’m genuinely impressed.
To be honest, I was quite hesitant to place an order at first. Some of the older reviews on Trustpilot had me a little worried. However, when I spotted a great discount, I couldn’t resist giving it a try. I started with one of the more affordable pieces, just to be safe in case the experience turned out as the reviews had suggested.
Surprisingly, everything went much better than expected.
My first parcel was dispatched the very next day, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. That smooth experience gave me the confidence to place a second order, this time including one of their bags. Once again, everything arrived quickly and without any issues.
The product quality is genuinely lovely. I ordered a cropped top made from thick, soft cotton, and it feels premium. The bag is beautifully made and looks very stylish. I also bought a skirt, which came up a little small. I ordered a UK size 10, but it fits more like a UK 8, so you might want to size up. Thankfully, I believe returns are free, so there is no need to worry.
Overall, I’m really glad I decided to give Fiorucci a chance. It feels like the brand has truly improved in every way. The quality, the service, and even the delivery, which I believe was via DHL and required a signature, were all much better than I had expected.
P.S. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon, remember that weekends don’t count for shipping. I learned that with my second order. But don’t worry — your items will arrive, and if you have any questions, just send them a message. They reply quite quickly and are very helpful.

Fantastic company and products. Really pleased with the items I ordered - the quality was like nothing else on the market and lasts long. The designs are unique and bold - super eye catching! Customer service was great and shipment was delivered really quick. I returned some items that were very quickly processed and refunded.

Never recieved my package and it’s been weeks now awaiting resolution.
I messaged them that i never recieved my package they said they would reach out to dhl it’s been weeks now still no resolution or refund they just keep going around in circles saying there waiting for dhl to find the package i didn’t pay dhl o paid fiorucci so they should be the ones to refund me in a timely manner not weeks after no resultion whatsoever horrible customer service and even attitude

I bought a pair of jeans, which turned out to be big so I returned it, it's been a month now and I still haven't received a refund, despite the fact that the item arrived a long time ago, bad customer service, the answer was a copy and paste, how is it possible the time to be able to return is 21 days, but to receive the refund it takes 30 days? ridiculous! Too bad because the quality of the brand is very high, but I will not buy anymore from them website...

Poor customer service! Expected better from a brand!
Placed an order- received the order open. Contacted customer services received a response from Amanda who stated “report to police as it’s theft”- I were advised that they don’t know where and when the item went missing as it may have been during dispatch, or transit- there’s no clear evidence it happened during time of delivery.
Spoke to FEDEX who suggested Fiorucci should make a claim with them as only the senders can make a claim.
So frustrating out of pocket for item I don’t even have. I’ve drafted a email to the CEO Stephen Schaffer as the customer care have no customer relation skills!
I would want my refund ASAP! So frustrating. Heard good reviews about Fiorucci that’s why I made a purchase but was the biggest mistake

I ordered a couple of things, including a bag, but unfortunately, the bag had some small marks on it and wasn't delivered with any protection pouch, just wrapped in plastic.As a brand that aspires to be high fashion,I was disappointed with the poor visual experience that they provided.I think its important for brands to provide their customers with a high quality experience,not just in terms of the product itself, but also in terms of the delivery and packaging.

Payment Issue
Sent them an email about a payment issue explaining how i tried to pay with 3 different credit cards. Their response: "contact your bank, it is a problem with your bank". Really? Which one? :))) All 3 of them? This was a week ago.
Since then I sent them 3 more emails asking for another solution, explaining that I tried with more cards, with paypal, cards with different currencies, from different browsers and it still does not work. No response :) Amazing customer service

I have always loved Fiorucci, very unique items, and I always love the Angels on their clothes.
Its amazing how fast their deliveries are, immediately the day after in the UK.
Purchases are super smooth, even returns!
I returned an item, it was big on me, it took a while and no confirmation from Fiorucci, which was a first!
I contacted them via email, I got a reply after maybe an hour or two, the issue was solved almost immediately, and the refund was in my bank account within a day! No fuss or anything.
I spoke to Laura that last return, and she was beyond helpful, extremely professional and friendly customer service.
