Can't Fault Fire and Security Store themselves, their delivery company on the other hand seem to be unable to ask a neighbour to take the parcel unless you ring them up and tell them too. Their website is useless with no options to leave in safe place or with neighbour. Bit behind the times really. Due to the trouble getting my parcel delivered i won't be using Fire and Security Store again im afraid

Doesn't get much quicker than that!
I purchased some batteries for a fire alarm and was pleasantly surprised to see them turn up less than 24 hours after placing the order. It is hard to fault that!

I was happy with the part
I was happy with the part, it was sent out promptly but the courier left a card through the door saying sorry you were not in and it meant my wife had to collect it from their depot.
Both my daughter and I were in. We have a very loud door bell, one at the front of the house and one at the back and plays for a few seconds.
The doorbell was not used, therefore meaning my wife had a 12 mile trip to collect it for me.
So frustrating when they tell you they are coming and I am in to receive it.

Our purchase came much later than…
Our purchase came much later than specified, so had to buy from somewhere else to meet our deadline, so will be returning our goods. Rang the customer service at least 12 times, also emailed multiple times & didn’t even have one response. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone to be honest.
