The teacher, content and venue experience were excellent, and as a bonus most students in class were quite engaged aswell.

I took a BCS exam at Firebrand’s training facility at Wyboston Lakes yesterday and the staff and facilities were fantastic.

The course itself was very well put together and Richard our instructor was very engaging. The course was very thorough and covered off everything in the CRISC book. The only thing I would suggest to improve the course is that the students get more notice that they need to register for the exam prior to attending, as I missed the chance to do my exam on the Friday as a result.

RiMi was a fantastic trainer, full of knowledge and made the dry content bearable!

I passed the exam!
What it all boils down to is that I passed. The pass rate for my Certification was 50% of those who took it at the same time as me, with 50% of the course choosing (for a number of reasons) to take the test later.
The facilities and staff at Firebrand Wyboston Lakes, were top-notch. Couldn't fault the accommodation, food and environment.
My onboarding was smooth and the pricing provided was matched that from other providers, making it easier to obtain approval for the spend. Firebrand are (AFAIK) the only providers to offer the test at the end of the course and, having done this, I'd recommend this approach.
The training space and facilities were warm, tidy and well-provisioned, with the exception of the toilets that could do with a refurbishment. Coffee, soft drinks and sweets/fruit were always available. A little variety on the snacks , however, would be appreciated.
Our course was VERY intensive. We spent 10 hours a day in the classroom for, basically 5 days. Plus revision and test questions overnight, made it an incredibly tiring course. The "chalk and talk" approach may make this challenging for some to stay engaged with, but copious note-taking helped me stay focused.
Our trainer was incredibly knowledgeable, perhaps biased too much to one domain, leaving some domains poorly covered which may present gaps for those very new to this area. But the information provided helped me prepare for the exam much faster than if I'd been doing it alone.
To improve, I'd like to see consideration given to varying the style of delivery, greater sensitivity to everyone's needs, improved toilet facilities and a more even coverage of the 8 domains.

A very good experience with Firebrand Training. The Willows hotel and it's staff were very hospitable. The learning facilities within the Firebrand building are state of the art. My mentor Chris seemed like he had infinite knowledge. Would definitely return to study something else.

Very helpful full-immersion course to get yourself prepared for the PMI-PMP certification exam, which you can take directly on the premises. We had five long days and nights of hard working, with no (or minimum) distractions from the outside world, with the coach that excellently managed to cover the entire material and train us for the specifics of the exam. Many thanks to Firebrand and our coach Shri (Shriram Kumar) for this experience and the obtained certification.

Good to have no distractions. Having a small class size for the PMP training was helpful.

Course was very good and detailed but it was very intense and some areas seemed a tad rushed

3rd exam with FB, excellent all round from instructors and support to the hotel and food.

The facilities, as always, were excellent, the knowledge of the trainer was wonderful, but he couldn't stay on track and I think that was a major part of why I failed the exam, scoring the highest in our class

Excellent and compassionate tutors that are ready to come to your level to explain the material content with pragmatic labs and scenarios to back it up…
