Fireflies has improved my efficiency significantly. It's very easy to use and I find myself regretting if I don't add it to last-minute conversations (or hit the record button on my phone for in-person meeting recording). I'm not sure how we lived without this tool before! It's truly a life changer!

There are quite a few notetakers available right now, and most of them integrate well with most meeting platforms well. Fireflies does all that, with a bunch of features that are included in the free version as well. I chose to upgrade to a subscription that is affordable as well as feature rich. I like that Fireflies also allows for transcribing and summarizing in-person meetings in one place. I would definitely recommend Fireflies to anyone that is looking to get organized while juggling a high volume of meetings.

Really great tool as an individual consultant who manages many projects with hundreds of calls per month sometimes. The tool integrates well with Monday.com and Zapier. The tool has really helped me organize my client list. Frankly, I forget so much. I have learned to rely on tools like Fireflies. They are becoming the new norm.

Terrible! NOT GDPR Compliant! My colleague had a meeting with a client who had Fireflies. It automatically downloaded itself on her PC and others she then had meetings with, our IT cannot remove it, their support expects us to set up an account pay for them to remove their software which they installed onto our PC's without notice or permission. It is now automatically recording lots of data which is in breach of GDPR regulations, despite their website claim to be compliant. I really wouldn't be surprised if this company turned out to be a front for some fraudulent or dodgy practices, I certainly don't believe their practices I've seen to be legal.

I have been usin fireflies for a ong time now. I was amazed how well it can capture what has been said and summarize it in an structured format. I use it for presencial and on line meetings, and it has saved me a lot of time, freeing me to do what matters, that is pay attention to the meetings subjects while it makes all notes for me. Also amazing is its capability of capturing different languages and summarize all in my native language. I do recommend it for users of the 21st century.

Since the AI boom, I've tried most of the notetaking bots on the market. I can, with confidence, say that Fireflies.ai is the best tool available. It's easy to use, very thorough, and captures exactly what's needed to execute at a high level. Highly recommend for all levels.

So easy to use and set up. Interprets my meeting really accurately, and creates a strong action item list that's easy to use in client follow ups. Would recommend! Saves me hours of time every single week.
