The meeting capture and summary is very accurate. The more we use it, the more we also know how to prompt it to add actions and deliverables to the final notes. This has cut the time taken to produce meeting minutes down by 60%. Huge productivity increase to our administration.

I find it really helpful for transcribing and it has saved me a lot of time. It is mostly accurate and gets better each time I use it, fast and affordable. I love how it summarises content with headings.

my experiences with fireflies.ai has all been relatively comfortable and without incidents.

Firefiles has been amazing.
As I have multiple meetings, on- and offline, it was a chore going through all recordings and notes to organize, cathegorize and set-up the proper actionables, tasks and responsabilities. With it, I just have to let it do its thing when its an online meeting or input the recording of the offline meeting and I have all of that done in seconds.
Great tool that frees me time to do other things instead of just organizing stuff!

Fireflies has saved me so much time - I can't believe I didn't use it sooner! From accurate meeting recordings, to transcripts of meetings, detailed notes, brief summaries, even a schedule list of all the meetings I've had - the product is awesome and I regularly use it. Fireflies integrates really well with all the other apps and programmes I use - I am not a tech expert at all, and I haven't had any issues with integration. I would highly recommend Fireflies to anyone who regularly records online meetings.

Excellent transcription and summarisation product with wide range of integrations

We have been using Fireflies for internal and external meeting support for over a year now, and have been delighted with the ease of use, quality, and integrations. That it also supports mobile app, imported audio, customisations, and integrates with our core work tools and zapier is very helpful.

The chrome plugin is particularly brilliant, as it takes up no screen real estate as a meeting attendee, although be sure to consent with attendees.

I’ve used fireflies for quite some time and now it’s become inextricably linked to my work. Every meeting I have is recorded, and those transcripts coupled with LLM prompting can turn out very high-quality work in incredibly short amounts of time. I have also loved the upload feature and used it for many many media samples to generate transcripts for multiple purposes. Overall, I've found it to be an incredibly reliable and effective tool.
