Customer service has been great! The product (G2 Petrel pot) is amazingly light and has some great features built in.

I have been hiking for 53 years and have a room full of hiking equipment that sooner or later have failed, which is very nerve wracking when your 20 or 30 miles from your trailhead.
Coming across Firemaple hiking stoves, kettle and pots several years ago, I believe the quality will last me another 53 years.
They are excellent highest quality hiking gear, you can take any where in the world.
They will be your best friend for life.

I ordered a fire Maple Polaris stove which I have been really excited to get. Unfortunately there was a mix-up at the shipping warehouse and I was sent the wrong product. I sent a message out to fire Maple explaining what had happened and they had my problem fixed and a new stove shipped out to me. The whole process from email to response to solving the issue took less than an hour. This was excellent customer service.

I can’t recommend this product enough! It has exceeded my expectations in both functionality and durability. I’ve truly put it through its paces, using it in tough conditions, and it’s held up like a champ. Even after heavy use, it still performs flawlessly.What stands out is its clever design. it’s not just functional but also looks fantastic. While the exterior has accumulated some dirt over time (which is to be expected given the rough environments I’ve used it in), it’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect its performance at all.If you’re looking for a product that’s built to last, highly practical, and designed with style in mind, this is it. Easily one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Loved this Petrel cook pot when I received it. Accidentally ran it dry without water and ruined it. The customer service team was great and helped me get cooking again very quickly. Couldn’t recommend more!

I wish I had looked at more reviews before purchasing a Fire Maple stove. I purchased a Lava multi fuel stove. The stove has significant design flaws and is dangerous to use. After following all directions, the stove flamed up and almost caused a serious fire. I reached out to Fire Maple, within their refund and return time period to request a return. Fire Maple asked for videos. I didn't feel safe trying it again. They then asked for pictures of the device which were provided. The company would not provide the return shipping address making it impossible to return the item.

The entire experience with this company has been horrible. Do yourself a favor and research the company and their products before purchasing anything from Fire Maple. I recommend searching for videos of their stoves before purchasing. A good example of what you can expect is can be found by searching YouTube for "WATCH THIS BEFORE you buy a MULTI-FUEL Stove - Fire-Maple LAVA"

Fire Maple’s Return and Refund Policy states:

1). Please reach out to FireMaple customer support by e-mail to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2). FireMaple support will share the corresponding return address with you.

I sent multiple emails to initiate a return. I have yet to receive the corresponding return address.

After a few emails - as the customer, I feel Fire Maple is playing games and has no intention of providing a return address.

Thus my complaint on the customer service. I feel the product was dangerous, I requested a return via the company’s policy. I have no intention of using a product which could potentially start a fire that gets out of control. Fire Maple has failed to follow their policy.

Never received the item I ordered due to the delivery service (UniUni) that Fire Maple chooses to use in US. If I was to reorder a Fire Maple product I would through Amazon, as at least it would get delivered in a timely manner. If you order from Fire Maple website item gets shipped from China and then handed over to the worst delivery service on the planet.. UniUni. Cant say if their gear is good or bad..never had the opportunity to find out.

Does exactly what I need it to do and has been reliable. Plus it’s way cheaper than all the big name brands but does the same exact thing!

I love my fire maple stuff Im going to buy more this month and gift them out for christmas too

Works as expected

We purchased our first stove and we’re very impressed! The quality and lightweight nature is perfect for our backpacking adventures. No issues whatsoever. Super easy to set up me pack away. Looking forward to building up our collection!

I now own three X2 stoves for me and my wife and two of our kids. I’ve used mine for almost three years and it’s worked flawlessly. I also have a similar stove from Primus and the FireMaple is the one I grab now. The features and performance can’t be beat. I highly recommend!

Solid products and when I had an issue with a valve after a year and still under warranty they were prompt and got another one sent my way.

Great company that is very responsive and cares about customer service. I had an issue with a stove and sent them an email. They responded within minutes and worked to make sure things got fixed. They clearly care about customers’ experiences with their products. I also really like their gear. I will be shopping with them again

The order for a Blade gas stove was dealt with promptly and efficiently. It arrived very quickly and worked as expected. The Blade stove is an excellent stove. I have used one for years and I bought this one as a back up and to loan to friends.

Would absolutely be a five if my first order wasn’t missing the small needle to clean the orange lantern.

It was unfortunate I received a faulty product but it was replaced with out any hassle’s and I have since recommended this product to many fellow campers
