my fireplace was delivered within 2 days came absolutely perfect working order, for refurbished it’s outstanding, heated up my room so quickly and used literally pence of my electric it’s well worth the money, the only thing it didn’t come with was the little screws to place the front and back together and wall mount which are all easily bought and cheap to get anyway and not bothered about it, it makes my living room look and feel so cosy! i highly recommend this place i can’t thank you enough!!

Ordered an electric stove for around 75% off RRP and am truly delighted with it! I did look up the site on here first to make sure it wasn’t a bit too good to be true but ordered after seeing they were legit. There was a little query with the delivery but the team responded quickly and helpfully. The product arrived in excellent condition, I assume it had been a return as the packaging was not original but the fireplace was in perfect condition. Overall I am very pleased and have already ordered a mantle to go with the fire. Thanks guys!

Fast delivery, and despite the fire being a factory second it is in immaculate condition, with one tiny mark that isn't noticeable unless you get really, really close. Yes, the box was a bit bashed up, but the fire was well packaged. Simon was quick to get back to me when I had a couple of queries. The fire cost less than half the price compared with other online shops, and I am very happy with the purchase!

I am delighted with my fire and with the customer service. I paid £166 for the Adam Holston. It’s £280 in B&Q and £250 at the cheapest available elsewhere online. It was listed as a factory second. It’s now in place in my lounge and I can find no dents, scratches or marks!

Before it arrived, I emailed the company to ask if they knew if the remote control was included with this one and received a prompt, friendly and helpful reply. The fire arrived within 48 hours of placing the order, together with the remote, plus new batteries and handbook. I couldn’t be happier and recommend this company without hesitation.

There was a error with the website and the fire I ordered was not available. They found me a better one which was almost identical within a few days.
Slight mark but well worth the lower price.

Unfortunately they sent the wrong fire to match the surround. Spoke to Simon who sent info to warehouse who emailed me to say sorry about mistake am now awaiting new fire. So mistakes get made, but they were apologetic and have kept me informed. All is well
