Excellent Service
Great pictures of the replacement which made like for like comparison faultless. Then there was the prompt confirmation of despatch. The promised delivery date was however TOTALLY spoilt by the choice of courier. Evri! They "held " on to the parcel for 3 day's so instead of Thursday it arrived on the next Monday because there was a weekend in the way! This is no reflection on Fireplace Factory! Thy were let down

Extremely poor experience from purchase - AVOID
Extremely poor experience from purchase of my fireplace, installation all the way through to maintenance/ aftercare. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
The aftercare services provided by the Fireplace Factory Outlet were extremely disappointing. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when I reached out for assistance giving conflicting messages throughout the process. They failed to address my concerns in a timely manner and did not provide the support and guidance that I expected. Overall, the service offered from the fireplace factory were severely lacking and did not meet my expectations as a customer.

We reached out to this reviewer to adjust or remove their feedback. They have deliberately left feedback on a website they made no purchase from. There issue relates to a different website & business. However, we tried to address the issues with replacement parts and support 2 years after their purchase and beyond the warranty period. As any piece of machinery - things can sometimes go wrong. Our questions to identify the issue were met with vague and conflicting answers, leading to increased support time. We did in fact help resolve the issues they had, but doing nothing I assume would have got the same review – so clearly no recognition of trying to assist them.

Over the moon with my refurbished fire… I can’t find ANYTHING wrong … no scratch … nothing. Service top drawer … will absolutely recommend. I saw this on a friends picture on FB, rang her and she sent me link. Brand new was over £300 … this was half that price. Good heat and fab effect. Merry Christmas all x

Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service, ordered Friday evening, arrived Tuesday afternoon. There was a bit of a problem with the fire but it was replaced immediately with a new one sent out and the other one collected at the same time. This is a factory outlet and you are told there may be marks etc but I can't see a single thing wrong with it. Highly recommended 😊
