Exceptionally slow response

Exceptionally slow response. Our Gas fire, which this company has been responsible for servicing, stopped working in early November. To save people wading through a 'War and Peace' description of events ( or rather a lack of events ) our fire was eventually fixed in February. On the second visit, so its not like there were hundreds of visits and a difficult issue. They keep claiming 'we have no one coming to your area'. We are in Worthing, not John O'Groats. Needless to say we shall be finding another company to service and repair going forward.

Superb customer service (from Debbie)

Superb customer service (from Debbie). My gas fire, due to be serviced in January, developed a fault. Debbie initially advised on the first step processes to resolve and when these did not work worked with me (photo's, WhatsApp etc) to identify a 'work round' that gave me control over the fire. Thank you once again

Can highly recommend.

Can highly recommend.. reluctant to change nine year old Woodburning stove to Gas….health reasons taken priority.
Nothing but professional from day one…
Very flexible and helpful in every possible way.
Engineers fitted and were excellent in their hard works day non-stop…
Am very happy and using remote to pop on and off has
made my decision confirmed.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for any kind of stove.

Delighted with our new gas fire

We’ve just replaced our 31 year old coal effect gas fire with a new modern one. We chose Fireplace Gallery for the installation as we have used them before. Their showroom has an excellent choice of working examples, but it is the knowledgeable and friendly staff that set them apart. The technicians are trained to a very high level, and work very cleanly and efficiently. Cannot fault them and we are highly delighted with our Newflame Slimline fire and the installation. Thank you Fireplace Gallery.

Fireplace Gallery appear to prioritise profits over customer need

A small company who when stretched in the busy winter months appear to prioritise easy, profitable new installations over servicing existing customers. We purchased a gas fire from them some years ago and all was well until it broke down in a recent cold winter snap. We were told by Fireplace Gallery that they do not come out to fix fires in December. If you want your fire to be reliably maintained AVOID this company. They appear very keen to take one's money but disinclined to assist when the job is not as profitable as other work. Ended up poorer, stressed and still with no working fire. Appalling service. Avoid.
