I don’t normally write negative reviews but this experience has been so bad and I was asked for feedback. Placed an order on 24/04. When items arrived they were damaged as hadn’t been packed properly. Advise FSS & sent photos & said they would replace. But when second lot arrived they were also damaged as had been packed in exactly the same way. They agreed to send a replacement & collect the damaged ones. However I have since spent weeks & multiple phone calls & emails trying to get this to happen. Each time I am told it will be sorted then nothing happens. Finally this week (beginning of June!) replacements arrived & they are OK but the courier that was finally scheduled to pick up the returns on 01/06 failed to show. Waited around all day just to get this sorted. Honestly cannot believe what a hassle this has been over one small order. They have absolutely no care for the customer.

Ordered kit on Thursday morning as it says next day on the website hoping to have delivered for Friday if not latest Monday as we had a scheduled job in for the Tuesday. The kit never turned up until Tuesday afternoon which left us having to reschedule the job and a day wasted, I have contacted the site to enquire but still not received a reply.

My order was mislaid. It caused a delay of about a week. When I phoned the company, they were quite quick to realise what they'd done, and then got the goods to me promptly.

Delivery of a 4kg Fire extinguisher was promised within 48 hrs but it did not arrive. On phoning the Company I was told that they would look into it and that someone would phone me back. They did not. On phoning again I was told that the item was out of stock and they were waiting for delivery from their supplier. The fire extinguisher was eventually delivered after a further two working days.
