Good and rapid service. Right products at the right price.

Great product, good communication, prompt delivery.

The product I purchased was a SPE recharge adapter & it was perfect; very well made, robust & came in at a competitive price point (£19.25 EXC VAT (£5.44)). However, I was disappointed with the communication from the company & the postage.
Firstly, the communication: I received emails telling me the order was received, processed (payment taken) & complete and that I would receive the item in two days - this was not true. After two days I phoned to enquire where my item was & was told it hadn't been dispatched from the factory and that it'd be a further two days from when the courier received it.
Secondly, the postage: There is a reasonable expectation that Courier delivery means it will be delivered in a timely fashion. I paid £7.95 for courier postage but didn't even get a tracking number (possibly as it hadn't actually departed the factory when the order was logged as "complete" via email).
Overall, 3 stars is justified for poor dispatch management however, the product was excellent & the Staff courteous to my enquiries when I phoned.

Eye wash station delivered on time however it is mountable but not screws are included.

Items brought arrived badly packaged and damaged had emails promising to sort it out over 2 weeks no further contact poor customer service

We would have preferred the original model (fire extinguisher holder) that we selected as it was not as wide

This was the first time of using Fire Safety Store and I was very impressed with the service, both from ordering and delivery. Also prices are very reasonable.

order extinguisher paid for next day delivery and 2 days later still not arrived. spoke to the guy in sales who then explained they never had stock. I have a boat survey coming up and was relying on this to arrive in good time, hopefully it will arrive in time so I dont get penalised by the surveyor and charged for 2 visits to sign it off

After going through compulsory fire safety training at work, I decided to put some of it into practice at home and purchased two extinguishers and a fire blanket. Web site was very easy to navigate and the goods were shipped swiftly and well packaged (without unnecessary plastic), and sent through a courier who gave us accurate 2-hour windows for delivery. Nothing to fault here at all - excellent service, highly recommended.
