The driver "got lost" and a hair in the Pizza

Very disappointed, ordered numerous times with no issue, tonight however was a different story...Order placed at 9pm, ETA 930pm, called at 940pm to be told the driver was "on his way" a few minutes later the driver showed on tracking, however, he seemed to go everywhere but the delivery address, the driver then marked it as delivered at 61 minutes after the order was placed, but it was most definitely not delivered, several calls later, it arrived 40 mins after the first call (and 1hr 20 after the order time), and surprise surprise, it was cold. Apparently the driver "got lost" (his words) despite the tracking showing him as outside the complex twice. We are literally 5 minutes from the actual store! Store unable to do anything as no manager in.

To add to this, we also found a large hair baked in to the pizza while it was being eaten, and the store is now closed so we cant even contact them about it. Suffice to say, I feel sick.

Wimbledon pizza deliciousness

This is our 3rd Firezza experience and I can honestly say these are the best pizzas in Wimbledon!! Delicious delicious. I ordered at 17:00 and pizzas arrived by 17:25. I know it’s early, but that’s still pretty impressive. Steaming hot, loaded with toppings, generous portions and delicious cold the next day. I highly recommend :)

Good pizzas poor service

Good pizzas, poor service.

Ordered a pizza deal that was estimated to arrive in half hour. Called them after 40 mins as I could see on tracking app it hadn't left yet. They said they had no drivers but will be soon. After 55 mins tracking app said delivered. Called back and they said still problems with drivers and asked if we want to cancel and we said yes. After 2 hours a pizza arrived missing an item from the deal. Called them again to get a refund (twice) and they agreed to do this. Still nothing after 2 weeks.

Reading branch - rude and aggressive

Reading branch - most aggressive customer service I have ever had. Their website took payment for an order, but when the food hadn't arrived an hour later, we called up to investigate. They said they never received the order, and treated us with rudeness and exasperation. They asked us to send a screenshot of the transaction from online banking, so we emailed that over. We called back ten mins later, and heard them talking about how the screenshot didn't prove it was real. I asked if we could get a quick email back confirming we never received the pizza for that transaction so I could cancel the payment with my bank, and also if we could then reorder the food and pay over the phone. The manager hurried us off the phone so we couldn't reorder, and didn't reply to my email with the screenshot. Weird and very rude, all for the sake of a £30ish pound order. Definitely lost a regular customer.

Do not order

Do not order, they spam your mobile with messages & the only way to stop them is to text a premium rate number. I never signed up to these (I ALWAYS make sure I tick / untick to say no marketing). I've reported them to the ICO. I've received EIGHT texts in the last four weeks.

Cold pizzas, missing orders and terrible customer service

I felt compelled to write a review after the truly awful experience I've had with Firezza and I've come to the conclusion that they really don't care about the customer.

Last year, on the last two occasions I've used them, orders took well over 1 hour to arrive. Food arrived cold and on the last occasion an item was missing.

I contacted customer services who apologised and offered me a free pizza. However, I had to spend at least £11.99 before I could get the free pizza. Not helpful when you live alone during a lockdown. The same goes for their loyalty program, you have to spend at least £11.99 before you can use any rewards, but this detail is not mentioned on their website.

I contacted a senior member of their customer experience team to question the above and pass on my feedback. Despite chasing at least five times, the contact (Sudhanshu Amoli) has never replied to my emails. In fairness he did try calling me but never left a contact number.

I won't be ordering from Firezza again. The quality of the product / service is inconsistent and it's clear that they really don't care about the customer experience. I'd expect so much more from a company which charges a premium price for pizzas.

They have some good takeaway offers in lockdown! The website is a bit confusing, but once you find out how to apply the discount everything works fine. The pizza is delicious and thats the main thing.

Shoddy service, gross pizza

After waiting an hour for my pizzas to arrive I decided to call Firezza. I was told that there was a problem with the system and that I'd have to wait another 30 minutes. At no point did I receive an apology. True to their word, the pizzas arrived 30 minutes later, delivered by a driver with all the charm of Lurch from The Addams Family. Upon unboxing these much-hyped pizzas (according to the flyer I received through my door) I was met by two mediocre, slightly congealed looking pizzas. Firezza had obviously been frugal with the toppings and forgotten that Luke-warm pizzas is NOT pleasant. Thank goodness I didn't pay full price for them but even with a discount the food was not worth the price.
The only nice thing I can say about this whole experience is that a very polite member of staff bothered to call me to check if I had received the pizzas.

How can you get a pizza delivery service so wrong, Firezza?

A Disgraceful Service

I wish I had Google reviewed this place before commiting to a £35 order...

The food took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive, staff were hostile and unapologetic on the phone when asked if the food was on its way (had already waited 70 minutes), and no it hadn't left yet.

Once arrived - the chicken side and dessert delivered were incorrect items. Along with not receiving the garlic dip that was ordered.

The lasagne was edible, but no way near worth a value of £8+, a laughable price for one of Iceland's premium frozen meals

The pizza was edible, but wasn't worth the wait, one came scrimply topped, the other, a margarita came without basil leaves, one of its key ingredients that they list on their menu, how the f#$k can they boast about learning how to cook the best Neopoliatin pizza, perfected by travelling to Italy when they can't even get
a basic f$%ing Margarita right! -

Like most of the other reviews state, everything arrived luke warm despite living 15 minutes away from the place - the pizza dough goes very hard and chewy the colder the temperature gets, making it very tough to eat once its cold and sore on the mouth

This is a disgraceful service, truly unacceptable, a business operation that is not fit for the public - I am unsure how they are still in business based on the plethora of terrible reviews online, hopefully it won't be long before they are gone, and taking consumers hard earnt money!

Not even going to try and get my money back for the incorrect items delivered - I most certainly will not ever be returning!

non-Stop HARASSMENT with their spam marketing texts messages.
My network provider is unable to stop them as they sent them from an "unknown" origin.
I am about to report them to the Police.
Quality of their food? Pretty much at the same low level.

AVOID!!!!!!

Ordered pizza at 8:40 pm. Arrived at 11 pm. Missing Coca cola bottle. Pizza was more than cold. Had to call two times and was told that they only had one driver- this is not really my concern, you should not take orders. I also asked for a refund on the missing cola but I assume I will not recieve it. We didn't even eat it in the end as it had to be reheated and tasted horrible. Worst than a frozen pizza. Will never order again. Paid £25 pounds for this"amazing" experience.

Avoid if you have an allergy or dietary need, very unsafe

Firstly, if you have a dietary need, AVOID THEM. It's a serious safety issue for people with allergies.

I've ordered from Firezza for two years. Never again. I ordered a vegan pizza which when delivered, was covered in salami. I thought this had to be a mistake, and was hopeful that it was maybe a type of vegan salami. When I called, the team member argued with me when I just wanted to know what it was. She then hung up on me because it was 11.03 and they closed at 11pm. She even went as far to pretend that the phone line was cutting out. It really wasn't.

Long story short, I've emailed them a couple times to ask their customer service team to rectify the experience. Not knowing what the topping was, the pizza was inedible, and I really just wanted an explanation about how meat ended up on my vegan pizza. They've ignored all my emails and my Facebook messages.

Mistakes happen but just the poor customer service has been incredibly disappointing. If you have a dietary need, AVOID THEM. This was just an unknown meat ingredient on a vegan dish, but I hate to think what could happen to someone with an allergy and not just a dietary choice.

No ingredients! Sent cold base with tomato sauce

I ordered a Bufulina Pizza last night with breaded chicken.

Both arrived cold and pizza missing the toppings. I was sent a cold base with tomato sauce.

Called Crouch End Branch and told ‘ran out of ingredients’. Told there was nothing that could be done. Said I should follow up the next day.

This is the crazy! Did not get what was paid for. No-one from Crouch End branch could be bothered to contact me last night.
