Stole our money

We ordered pizza through Just Eat and Firezza accepted our order. Then one hour later after no pizza we called the restaurant and they hanged up 3 times. Then they said that we're too far for them to deliver and that we're 8 miles away when we're actually 2 miles away. We repeated our post code 10 times but staff couldn't speak English. Then they put the chef on the phone who said that they prepared our pizza but then realised that they can't deliver. In the meantime they didn't cancel our order and Just Eat only offered to refund 50% as apparently restaurant incurred costs by making the pizza although it was Just Eat's error mistake to even offer Firezza based on my address and then restaurant's mistake by accepting the order.
On top of it we never received our order, had to deal with unprofessional staff of Firezza Ealing and spent half an our on the phone with no resolution from either party. Unacceptable.

Awful service

Awful service, poor quality pizzas - tasted like plastic, we actually ended up dumbing these pizzas to go to Dominos!

My 2 Pizzas never arrived. No Refund Offered! Terrible Customer Service!

Last Friday I ordered these 2 pizzas around 8pm which never arrived. I called them all night and they didn't pick up. At 11 I managed to talk with them and they said they were closed and to call them the day after to process a refund.. The day after I called another number which I have been provided by an automated message on FB and they told me to call the branch I ordered the pizzas from. The branch says they can't process the refunds and to call the manager. The main office number doesn't work. I called again the number I got on facebook and they said the manager would have called me back within one hour... Thing which never happened. I called the branch again and they were to busy to talk and the girl just hanged up the phone as soon as she realise it was a refund enquiry. I don't know who to call to get a refund for the pizzas I have never received. They all seem so uncoperative and to not care...

Awful customer service - Avoid Monika Bandi

Awful customer service. I ordered a pizza and was given an estimate time. 30 minutes AFTER the estimate time, I called to ask when my pizza was due and I was told that the driver would deliver in 10-15 minutes.

After 15 minutes I called again and I hear a "Please hold" message, the phone was then put down and I could hear everything that was going on in the venue. 2 minutes pass and no one picks up the phone, so I hang up and call again. When I call again someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called three more times again and no one picked up the phone. At this time (after one hour and 30 minutes) I am only calling to know if my pizza is en route or get my money back, so that I can order somewhere else, but no one is picking up the phone.

I walk to the shop to actually speak with a person and this is where the customer service gets even worse. The lady at the counter, an Easter European woman called Monica, doesn't even acknowledge my presence and give all attention to the deliveroo drivers.
I finally get a chance to talk and ask where my pizza is or if I can get a refund. She exemplifies the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced, she tells me the pizza had just left and that I should have not walked there. I told her that I had no desire to come to the shop, and it would have been easier for everyone if she picked up the phone and gave me an update. She replied with "what do you want me to do, look around is a mess" and walked away ignoring me for the whole time I was in the shop. She was rude with me, rude with every single member of staff who also seemed terrified by her.

I waited until the manager came back (15 minutes later) and he apologies (first thing this Monica should have done before yelling at me) and agreed to refund me the meal and also gave me my order (which when I arrived home I discovered it was cold and the wrong order).

I definitely do not desire to be treated like that again and I will not return to Firezza. It is evident that my experience is not a rare event as there are dozens of 1 Star Google reviews that are complaining about the service. I think this woman should be disciplined, trained to treat the customer kindly and learn to apologise.

Unacceptable

Regular Customer, Crouch End branch, living 5 minutes walk away. For the last three deliveries, Pizzas arrived late and cold. Today, I was shocked that their prices had gone up compared to last week. They have increased their prizes by 40% upon checking my receipt. Would management explain such a steep rise and could it be that they are cashing on a virus that affects many people. If so disgusting! Today's Pizza arrived, yet again cold but to top this, it was more of a cremated Pizza. How upset I am! We will never use this company ever again. Shame on you!

Firezza Chelsea = fraudsters - Don’t give them your credit card details over the phone, they then use them for unauthorised transactions

I have been victim of fraud by Firezza Chelsea when ordering through the phone. I gave them my credit card details over the phone to pay an order and the following day my card was being used for several unauthorised purchases. Once blocked the card I have called the branch to inform the manager of what happened and to ask the details of the registered manager for the police report. The manager did not want to identify himself so they are clearly involved. Appalling and disgraceful experience. Please avoid by all means and be cautious with fraudsters when using your credit card through the phone.

Delicious pizza!

Yes the pizza delivery was a little slow but well worth waiting for! I must admit the reviews were a little off putting but I genuinely recommend you give this Firezza a go. The staff are kind and helpful and the pizza most importantly was delicious. Good quality toppings and plentiful.

This restaurant was shocking picked it…

This restaurant Willesden Green Branch was shocking picked it on Valentines day what a bad mistake.

Incorrect pizza was promised a new one but never arrived.
The pizza I had was burnt and lacked ingredients
Potato Wedges were hard and under cooked.
The garlic bread worh mozzarella was like cardboard and had no mozzarella.

Totally underwealmed

If I could leave a picture I would!!

Great pizza, bad service!

Great pizza , bad service ! Very unreliable !!! I had a bunch of people over.. the order didn't arrive. Really embarrassing. I had to step out and do shoppings to cook. Besides, you get the text messages with the offer , they never work when you enter the code.

Order rejected - no refund

Had an order which was rejected, but they never refunded the money. Called in twice and was promised a callback, but it never came. This is the sixth time in a row I've had an issue with ordering, including a delivery that turned up 75 minutes late. Their voucher codes don't work, the head office doesn't reply and now they're keeping my money. I don't know where they went so wrong.

Awful Customer Service in Chiswick

Another update: Ordered delivery from their website today as got a discount code. The food arrived 30 mins after their expected delivery time. Gave the driver the cash, did not include bottled drink. I was told to contact the shop.

The guy on the phone was VERY rude and told me to re-order the drink which you can't as is under £11. As I was speaking to him I had opened the pizza box to find it was cold. I told him this but he said it wasn't his problem but the drivers. That is their fault as they hire those drivers. He preceded to ignore me and wouldn't send another. He said there was no manager to speak to and told me to call tomorrow. TERRIBLE customer service and I will be complaining...
