Good service , product and online advice
The ice container we ordered arrived next day, so excellent service for a device used to address injury. The manufacturer's instruction leaflet was pathetic full of caveats in extremely small print and little operational information. However, your online video suggesting using blocks of ice rather than ice cubes has been very valuable. We are casting our ice blocks in used juice cartons as they don't split.

Although the description said this knee brace would fit most knees it was too big for my leg and kept falling down. I'm 5ft 5", female but muscular and so assume this product would be a better fit for men or those who are overweight or have large legs
