I had a query about how an item I wanted to purchase would be packed. They were quick to respond, and very helpful. When it arrived - within 24 hours, via DHL - it had clearly been packed with care. Great customer service!

An odd outcome…
No problem with delivery but collection (wrong size ordered) was a different story. Half a dozen times it was rearranged. In the end FirstAid4Sport kindly refunded the cost without their goods returned.
