I have attended many academic and professional trainings, including during my PhD, but this First Aid course with Mark from Your First Aid Safety was by far the best session I have ever experienced.

From start to finish, Mark kept the whole room engaged with humor, interaction, and hands-on practice. We didn’t just sit through slides or read from a PowerPoint. Instead, we practiced, laughed, learned, and truly experienced First Aid in the most memorable way.

What made the course so exceptional was Mark’s unique teaching approach:
• He used comedy and light-heartedness to keep the session enjoyable, and I don’t think I’ve laughed so much in a year!
• He made the training interactive, letting us practice on mannequins and with each other, so the skills felt natural and will definitely stay with us.
• He shared powerful real-life stories, including personal experiences with his children, which showed us the real importance of knowing First Aid.

This combination of humor, interaction, and storytelling made the day unforgettable. I left the session not only more confident in First Aid but also inspired and uplifted. It is rare to come across a trainer who can make such a serious subject so engaging and unforgettable.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mark and Your First Aid Safety to anyone looking for training that goes beyond the ordinary. This session will stay with me forever.
