Our bus driver was so kind and professional. I wish I remembered her name so I can request her every year.

The buses were at least 10-15 minutes late to pick us up and to bring us back. It was very hard to get ahold of someone but dispatch was helpful when they answered. The drivers were nice.

First customer service personnel was rude, and the bus never showed up for the field trip!

The rep. was rude and petty! Understanding that I too must get a my job done was not a concern for her. She was disrespectful.

The company was very easy to book. They were kind and helpful on the phone. Day of our event they showed up to the drop off location and were late to the actual pickup spot. The driver was extremely nice and apologetic. She did stay later in the evening to ensure we got to our hotel safety.

The bus was 30 minutes late picking up the students to go to their field trip. We are using First Charter for a theatre field trip coming up. I'm a little concerned about students getting to the play on time.

First our driver was amazing ! I rented the bus on 10/8/22 to bar hop for my daughters 21st birthday. While at our first stop I received a text from our driver stating the bus was leaking fluid and we had to wait for them to bring us another bus. She apologized and stated she wanted to provide great service, which she did this was not her fault. With the waiting and then needing to transfer all our stuff to the new bus we did not have enough time to hit all our stops planned for the night. Our driver stated the bus company would accommodate me. I called the company on 10/11/22 because I have not heard anything to let them know what Happened and to see how they were going to accommodate. I still haven’t heard anything from upper management.

Great experience! Bus driver was very professional and prompt. The bus itself was perfect for a trip to Keeneland!

Everything went well except that 2 busses arrived about an hour late on Friday. Once there they did a fine job.

Ms. Robin was an excellent driver! My only negative is that First Charter is about $80 more expensive than UTS for the same service.
