Buses were very late, causing us to miss a good part of our field trip.

One bus was late but no problems with any others. Good service. Would definitely use again.

One of the buses had mechanical problems so all three were 15-20 minutes. Once the bus arrived everything went well and the drivers were great.

Driver went to wrong location to pick us up. So she was 40 minutes late.

I have use this bus service in the past, no complaints regarding the bus being on time, however my wait time to book the bus was long and I had to call back just to get confirmation. I will still use this bus service and will recommend to other colleagues. 👍🏾

First Student worked really hard to find us bussing services for a field trip after our bus broke down. They managed to find us a bus with seatbelts for our school-agers. The driver was polite, professional, and extremely flexible with our craziness. We appreciate it so much!

We rented a bus from First Charter for an adult outing, and it was such a great experience! The driver was fun and on time for each destination. And the price was nearly half of what others were charging. Would definitely recommend!

The bus left my venue with a hand full of people! It came full and left empty. Handful of people on it. I suggest you tip at the end of the trip!! Our driver never contacted me for any instructions and left without asking. But they did have their tip which was a nice one. I’ve tried to contact charter bus for the last 3 days. Left messages and not one return call back. They did not complete their job!!!

Top notch drivers and so pleased with the service. The only panic I had was the fact that they arrived 20 minutes late which caused a bit of stress. Other than that we were quite pleased with the service.

Our experience was great! Tina was so sweet and so helpful throughout the entire evening! We had a guest of ours leave his phone on the bus and before I could even reach out the next day to her, she had reached out to me and was willing to meet me whenever/wherever to get us the phone back. I would highly recommend this service especially for the price compared to other shuttles! Shuttles are expensive to rent but this was extremely reasonable! Can't recommend enough! Thank you for everything!

Our driver was wonderful. She got us all to the concert and was there to pick us up when it was over. She was very sweet and polite and did a great job driving. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you for great transportation of our large group.
