We have been working sith First Student Charter since February. The drivers always meet our students with a smile. They are patient and communicate clearly. The office staff continue to be pleasant and professional. Glad they are part of our "TEAM".

i had a wonderful experience with First Charter Bus. I needed transportation for my guest to go from reception to venue and back and they certainly delivered. The bus showed up on time and the driver was very friendly and accommodating.

One of our buses went to the wrong location and was late. Otherwise, First Student provided great service and was able to help troubleshoot the issue very quickly.

The drivers were very kind, safe and efficient for the trip up and back. However, they were 45 minutes late to the first pick up time at the hotel. They did call to tell us that it was due to traffic in the area. Expectations from both our end and theirs were communicated when we booked the rental. They were very flexible with our needs. (We needed two buses with staggered departures.)

Used buses for our wedding and everything was flawless! Drivers were on time and professional.

The bus driver did not show up for our second pick up time causing 30+ of our guests to have to drive themselves/Uber to the venue and miss half our ceremony.

We were so happy to have great reliable transport for our guests to and from our daughter’s wedding! Our bus driver was prompt and polite, and we were able to enjoy our day worry free.

The bus was on time in each direction and thats ehat matters. But the sir con was nonexistent even though i had to pay extra for it. And the entire process leading up to the event was stressful. Could never reach anyone in the office or on the day of the event. Wouldn’t use them again. Would pay more to be able to communicate to avoid the stress.

The bus never returned to get the remaining guests. Many guests had to find there own way home including the bride and groom, parents and wedding party. I would have hoped at least these people would have been ensured to get the bus.

Our bus driver, France, was awesome! Good communication and easy experience. Will definitely use you guys again!

We were thrilled with our transportation last night - both the extremely clean late model bus and its driver JJ were absolutely top-notch! JJ was a good communicator and the entire group was welcomed by him and he facilitated passing out snacks that we had brought and we would love to rent from you again.

Your initial customer service was fantastic, very attentative but when it came to the day of my wedding your bus did not arrive for hours. We had made at least 15-20 phone calls, maybe even more without any response. We called the after hours then, the direct branch and the regular without any phone call back. Thank god we were able to have family members drive us to our ceremony location but that should never happen on anyone’s wedding day. That level of stress shouldn’t be placed on anyone during their special day or to anyone’s family members. That is inexcusable!

When we were picked up, I had to call dispatch to find out where the bus was picking us up as no information was provided to me about a pickup location. Our bus driver did not get out of the bus, did not introduce himself, and was hard of hearing. On our return trip, he had no idea where he was going and we had to repeatedly tell him Alaksa airlines and direct HIM to the terminal.
The bus was an airport transport but had NO LUGGAGE SPACE under the bus. It barely fit the 44 passengers we had and we had to put luggage in our laps, blocking the aisles, and blocking the back exit door (piled high with luggage) both on the pickup and drop off. This was a significant safety issue but due to time constraints and not wanting to miss our flight, we had no choice but to travel this way. Had there been an accident, there would have been significant injuries and we would not have been able to get out of the bus. I had to stand BOTH WAYS as my carry-on was in the seat. I was directly behind the driver's seat and he said nothing.
There were NO safety instructions given by the driver (he was the one that told us to open the back exit door and stack luggage there)
The bus had mechanical problems on return trip.
I was extremely disappointed in the service. I booked First Student for budget purposes but expect at least minimal safety and professional standards that were most certainly not met. Again, because of time, we had no other choice but I would appreciate a response on these issues. ××××As of 3 days after emails, no response.

We had 3 buses from First Student for our event. The drivers were on time, extremely helpful and friendly. Everything you need from a transportation provider. Everything worked out great. Great service in advance of the event.
