Our driver was awesome!!!!! So polite and very friendly!!! It takes alot to deal with drunk, loud people and he was so so patient!!!

Excellent experience. Our drivers were very professional and nice. We had our first field trip in 2 years since covid. Attaining busing is difficult but First Student worked with us to make it happen.

We waited 1.5 hours for our bus to come. We were told if we call the following monday we would get a refund. I was then told the manager would call me back. it’s been a week later and no response.

We had about 30 people going to a wedding reception! Driver was great!

Everything was great! The bus was a few minutes late (the weather wasn’t great) but our ride was smooth and the bus driver was efficient and drove carefully! It was exactly what we needed and I’m very grateful!

Bus driver kicked my friend off the bus when I went to use the bathroom and failed to inform me about it. The kid was left alone at the concert for hours with no ride back. Other than that trip went well and the bus driver stayed at the concert the whole time.

The bus driver, Cynthia, was one of the most caring and professional people we all have encountered. She not only made sure we were safe, but had fun as well. Thank you for the safe and clean bus!

We used First Student for our wedding transportation from the hotel to the venue round trip and it was excellent. Everyone I worked with while booking and then postponing our trip was helpful and knowledgeable. I was worried about the virus and cleaning protocols but they answered all my questions. Our guests were all comfortable and got where they needed to be safely.
