I ordered from them via EBay. A problem with Amazon delivery but I had it sorted out in no time by customer service
Took a chance & ordered items via OnBuy. A week later, I was notified that the items were out for delivery. A few hours later, I was notified (BY TEXT!!) that my order was “lost”! Call me old fashioned, but when I order things, I like to have a reasonable expectation that they will actually arrive! Never again!
They have not delivered within their own time frame. I waited until after their own delivery deadline date and then had to buy from elsewhere. I have repeatedly asked in writing for a refund, yet 12 days after their own deadline, they have not refunded.
