First greener cup is softer than other menstrual cups I've tried and so I am grateful for their work.
I've been using them for 4.5 years and very satisfied

Paid for the product 3 months ago, never received it and have not even had a response from customer service to my 3 emails.
Definitely a scam and I've had to accept that I'll never get my money back

I order almost 3 months and stil waiting. Really bad service. I sent many mail and still waiting for a answer too.

I've ordered and paid the cup one month ago to be sent to Italy but I have no news about the shipment and what is worse the customer service do not reply me (I've contacted them 3 times).

They took my money and I still haven't received my order. I have not had a single reply to any of my emails....scammed? Customer service is useless. Won't go back to them for anything else.

Product not arrived after a couple of months and no reply from customer service. Seems like they scam a few people here and there and that’s how they don’t lose money. Will be reporting to ombudsman.

I ordered about 3 weeks ago. I have tried emailing the people but have had no answersm i spent $50 on this and have had no luck in getting my stuff. SCAMMED!!! HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?!?!?!?!?

I read reviews after I placed the order and got a bit worried that I wouldn't receive the cup since some people have had issues with that. But mine arrived within 3 weeks, and works great. Definitely recommend!

They deserved no star 🙄🙄. I ORDERED LAST FEBRUARY AND STILL IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEH JUST TOOK MY MONEY. 😒 PLEASE! SEND THE CUP! IT TOOK SO LONG!

Almost all of the bad reviews are due to shipping or never receiving the cup. I guess I’m lucky, because I received mine within a few weeks (in the US). I only ordered it after reading a random comment from someone saying they absolutely loved this cup. I had first tried another cup in 2 different sizes and after months of trying, could only get it to properly work a few times. I also tried a disk that everyone recommended with absolutely no luck. It never worked for me.
So I was shocked when I was able to insert and get THIS cup to fully open on the first try. No leaks. After that I’ve been able to insert on the first try almost every single time. It’s magical- I’m able to use it for almost 12 hours without a problem. The few times I’ve had slight leakage was because it was full. I’ve already used it for about 3 months without having to resort to tampons anymore. I think that firmness was the issue with the other cup I was using. It was very soft and wouldn’t open. This cup is slightly firmer. Removal does take some getting used to. It’s sometimes hard to get a good grip on the pull.

This is NOT a scam. I ordered and received a free cup in about 20 days. Yet to use it though

My parcel got lost in the mail so I emailed First Greener. They were super friendly and understanding so they sent me a new one. Their service was fast and excellent.

I ordered this after seeing a promotion for free product just pay postage. Did that and wasn't sure if it was a scam or not. Postage took a little while but that's pretty normal at the moment. The product is amazing, great quality and so comfortable and easy to use. Will definitely recommend to others.

Their website and facebook advertised free menstruation cups. I placed an order, paid for their priority royal mail of 20AUD. I received the confirmation that the item was on the way and it has been 2 months, I received nothing. I emailed the customer service email twice, first time they came back saying that they could not track the shipping, second time no reply.
To me this is such a scam and it is very disappointing for receive such a bad service.

Firstgreener user from Canada here! I got this cup on a free trial and it is amazing! I can’t believe so many women are still using pads and tampons when products like this exist. Way to go Firstgreener for helping our planet :)

An amazing product, was shipped quickly and is well made. I've been using menstral cups for years and this one is one of the best. Better for the environment and better for YOUR environment. No more bleached cottons and irritating plastics. Highly recommend this.

I am quite shocked by the low score, as I definitely rate this 5/5. I was resistant to try menstral cups and have put it off for a while due to being scared after reading that they can be tricky to insert and remove. I found the promo of the free cup with only payi g postage, so finally took the plunge and thought it was worth trying out as I didn't have much to lose. Received it within 3 weeks of ordering and it comes with minimal packaging and no frills. You scan with you camera for the instructions and it is pretty well illustrated and fool proof. I expected to have to go through a few attempts to get it in and comfortable...nope..first time with complete ease and no hassle what so ever...simply fold and insert like a tampon. Extracting it was also so simple, you merely slide a finger in under to break the seal and it comes out with no mess or discomfort. This is an amazing and lifechanging invention! I used to have to go through so many tampons as I go to the loo regularly, with this you don't have to remove when having a wee and you don't have to think about it for hours. You do have to of course rinse the cup out when emptying it, but this only needs to be done every few hours so it would be better to do so at home and not in a public toilet.

So in a nutshell, great 👍! Definitely recommend to all.

P.s. I got the small size and I normally have to use regular or super tampons (for the worst days) as I can have very heavy flows.

Bought two different sizes in 2019. Took around 5 weeks to arrive. No big deal, price of shipping only (AUD$22) which is much cheaper than buying one in the shops here. CHANGED MY LIFE and highly recommend. Just bought two more of the size I like, same price, same shipping, sep 2020.
