Excellent quality and customer support. No way I'm going back to tampons.

Very happy about it. It does it's job, but it does take a little bit of practise before you will get comfy with insertings it. Though I think this applies to all menstrual cups. Would definitely recommend it to a friend or buy it again. I love the eco friendly disposable packagaing and no extra pieces of paper, all instructions are online.

I was slightly nervous when I bought this menstrual cup, but it arrived very quickly and has been super easy to use. I have used it for four cycles so far and absolutely love it. No leaks and I also seem to have less pain. I wish I had used it sooner!

The reviews here show how the reviews on their website are fake. They don't have 5 stars based on 38,000+ orders, that's just a lie.
I saw the ad on Instagram about the "Free" menstrual cup that you "only" pay for shipping ($15) and I got excited. I purchased the cup, and it got to my house pretty quick, I would say. I didn't stop to think about it before I bought the cup, but I was concerned about how safe the product was. I e-mailed them about my concerns, talking about how the website looked like it had fake reviews; how the price of the shipping seemed to be the price of the product; and how the product came from China.
One of the main things that made me skeptical was that they kept advertising the "free" cup, saying it was the last day, but kept doing it for over 6 months straight. I kept seeing their ads in my Instagram feed and on Facebook as well. I'm almost sure that they get their menstrual cup from somewhere in China and sell it for much more, advertising as a free cup but profiting from the "shipping" cost.
The website looked even less reliable when I bought the product, because now they already made many upgrades on it, which makes you trust First Greener. Please, don't trust so easily.

Sought out their customer service team and wrote an email inquiring about my product... which I bought a month and a half ago. I have paid a shipping price of $14.99 dollars for it. Respectfully, I wrote and email to the business and explained my frustration. I have included my order number and information only for them to tell me that the shipping address is insufficient. And since I did not pay for the product and only the shipping service, they are unable for me to refund me or attempt to mail it out again.

I later go to their Instagram account (where I found their product) and come to my surprise, there is no such thing as firstgreener! They BLOCKED ME. I know this because I log onto my other Instagram account and was able to find them just fine. WOW WHAT KIND OF SKETCHY BUSINESS BLOCKS PEOPLE. the kind that they try to hide that they are a fraudulent company.

This cup is amazing for the price it is. I am 14 and I used it I could not feel it at all through the day. First greener is a trust able company for all the people out there who say it isn't I defiantly recommend this company.

They drop ship it from Ali Express directly, without even bothering to change a package. This product costs 1.5 dollars on Ali Express with free shipping. They charge you 15, claiming it's with a huge discount, while they actually earn 13.5 on every product.

I took advantage of the free promotion and it’s the most amazing purchase I ever made. I'm 18, and have already spent over £800 on tampons! I cannot recommend it more. I slept for 11hrs last night and the night before, uninterrupted and with no leaks. I'd pay $12 just for that!!

Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy. I've bought a "free" menstrual cup, I've paid for its delivery and it has never arrived. They say it was returned, but nobody has never get in touch with me...

It’s July 26th and I ordered two toothbrushes and the charcoal toothpaste on March 23rd. I haven’t received shipping confirmation email despite sending them MANY frustrated emails. They keep claiming they found the package and will send it shortly. I asked for a refund, but they won’t honor that because it’s beyond 14 days after purchase.

They are the worst. Don’t buy from them ever.

Ordered over 5 weeks ago and no sign of my product ! Furious I was sucked into buying from a deceitful company . Ne respect!

This is the only cup I've managed to actually get in, so I really don't have much else to go on. I feel like I have low expectations compared to the other reviews on here, but I do like the product so far. It feels like I have nothing in, but when I take it out it does hurt a little, but I think that's because I'm not used to it. I'll post again when I've gone through another cycle with it!

I think this company is dodgy. I purchased the menstrual cup from them only to find out it was manufactured in China. There is no where on their website that mentions this and when I contacted them about this, they made some excuse that their distribution centre for some countries is in China. I responded by saying I was OK with their distribution centre being in China but not with the product being made in China, especially considering there is no mention of this on their website. They refused to reply. When I went to leave a product review on their website, I found that there is actually no way to do so - therefore I can only assume that all of their positive reviews are false. Be careful with this company; I would not be willing to use such an intimate product when details are sparse, reviews seem falsified and the company does not respond to your emails.

It's been over three weeks since I ordered my cup and have yet to hear from anyone from customer support. Now that I'm reading all of these reviews i'm starting to question this company. I'm going to see if I can get a refund from this garbage.

I too bought a ‘free’ me trial cup, when it eventually arrived after over a month it was cheap, flimsy and in an unmarked bag from China. For a company that claims to be environmental, it doesn’t look good.

I have ordered a free menstrual cup for $20 CAD delivery fee and I’m pretty sure it’s a scam since they are not replying to emails and the cup hasn’t even been shipped (it’s been a month)

I received my cup after 1 month. However, it arrived in a plastic pouch, from a Chinese address, no labels, no brand and no way to verify if this is actually medical grade silicon. The cup smelled very strongly of chemicals, I'm actually afraid to use it.
I have used a cup Lunette before and compared this two, the Lunette cup feels much firmer and thicker. This one is very thin and the silicon doesn't feel anything like Lunette's. I won't be using this and I recommend you to rather buy a trusted brand, that comes with a proof of certification. I think this company is a scam simply reselling cheap cups from China, that cost $2 for $40. Don't buy into it!

I have ordered a free mestrual cap, which I have paid 14.90$ In shipping costs: after 15 days they didn’t even send it. I have asked the refund but no answer. Be careful this is a SCAM . I am feeling so stupid that I have trusted them. Be aware!

I ordered a menstrual cup and some eco-friendly toothbrushes, and they simply never sent the toothbrushes, despite taking my money. They won't respond to my queries, and on the tracking page it is quite clear that the product hasn't even been delivered, two months after ordering it. Clearly a scam.
