Our experience was great with first mortgage. Felt guided and assured through the process of purchases our first home together. Special recognition and appreciation for David Orr who had been very present throughout the whole process - clear and concise information provided in an understandable way. David was very approachable with all questions and great to work with. Kelly also was introduced to us towards the closing of the application process and was very responsive in emails and evidently working hard in the background tying up loose ends and ensuring a smooth process for us!

Lynsey and Sean were absolutely great during the whole process. They endured to keep us up to date, were very proactive in filling things up and the whole process was very quick from start to finish. They answered lots of our questions too and were very reassuring thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Kerry Golding highly enough. She was absolutely amazing throughout my mortgage application, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without her. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, patient, and always clear in her communication. I’d also like to thank Sharon Seale for the support provided behind the scenes. Although I didn’t have as much direct contact, they were always polite and helpful. Overall, an exceptional experience. Thank you for all your hard work and support !

We’ve had a really positive experience with First Mortgage and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

From the beginning, Mark was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and guide us through the mortgage process. As first-time buyers, having someone who was approachable and happy to answer our questions made the whole experience much less daunting.

Kelly was also fantastic once our application was submitted. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates so we always knew exactly where things stood. We were delighted to receive our mortgage offer and really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled.

As a first-time buyer and solo applicant, the idea of obtaining a mortgage for my first home—and navigating everything that comes with it—was extremely overwhelming. My advisor Joshua and the client manager Sharon were incredibly professional and knowledgeable.

The service I received from Cameron Spence and Katerina at First Mortgage George Street, Aberdeen was amazing.

I was nervous as a first time buyer and being on the younger side I didn't have a clue. But they were so supportive answering all of my questions (no matter how silly they seemed to me) throughout the entire process.

I couldn't recommend them enough, they made a very nerve wracking experience so simple and easy. Cameron talked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand and relieved my worries.

After being recommended FirstMortgage by a friend, and finding out there was a branch in Broughty Ferry (what a win!), I got a meeting booked within just a couple of days.
Being a first time buyer I was very nervous about the whole process but the experience couldn’t have been better!
