First thing i knew about a fine was when I got a letter from DCBL saying I had a £150 fine. No previous contact. I actually tried to pay but the machine was broken Luckily I took a video of me... See more

Only method of paying was via the RingGo app or calling RingGo, neither of which were working. I sent screenshots clearly showing I was attempting to pay but the app was displaying an “error” message,... See more

They are fraud and unfair

They are fraud and unfair. Money sucking business. My permit fell off from the screen and they give me a ticket.

They don't use a scanner to scan which cars have a permit! But what's the point of all of these reviews- no one cares. They keep doing what they do!

City Hospital< Nottingham…

The warning signs at the City Hospital n Nottingham have had a strip stuck on them with regard to parking on grass & landscaped areas. These are recent additions that people should be aware of.

Firstparking

They are criminals as they went so far as to tamper and manipulate the images they took of my car window screen. They tampered with the image by changing the all day permit the hospital gave me ,then also took a photo of a parking charge notice they placed on my screen and then removed! As it was never there when I got to my car. I contacted the hospital and apparently this is what they have also experienced with this company. luckily they still had a record of the all day ticket they gave me on that day.
Firstparking is unlawful and needs to be investigated.

Ticket was paid in full

Ticket was paid in full, rejected appeal and is blackmailing to charge increased £80 if raise appeal with POPLA. Sent evidence of bank statement but still rejected the appeal. It's a con company and is desparate to charge people.

Get fined for parking in a park

Get fined for parking in a park, in a corner, far from the crowd and away from unauthorised parking zones. Their agent considered I was obstructing the main road. Really? Apart from a squirrel, I am not sure who needs to access a tree in a corner of a wide park. This is what I call abuse of power and the fines they isse should be review by our Council.

First Parking LLP - £170 Charge For Our Van Breaking Down

First Parking LLP are attempting to charge me £170.00 for being unable to drive a vehicle due to it breaking down. On 7th March 2021 we were making several Food Deliveries in St George Wharf, Vauxhall, London. The thing is you are only given 5 minutes to make a delivery (we had more than one that day) and each address is never easy to locate if not familiar with this residential area. I timed my stay as the driver was waiting for my partner to make each drop/delivery. So when time was approaching 5 minutes I attempted to fire up the Van's ignition only to get no response from the vehicle. "Hell... no, not now" is all I can remember saying. We eventually got a couple of our guys who work together at the same company as us and they purchased jumpers for the restarted engine.
My thing is First Parking LLP must have witnessed what happened. They are happy to show our van parked with me inside it waiting but what of the Images when our van was being jump started. We couldn't have planned to break down. Jokers. We shall see where this goes.

Trolling company

Trolling company. I got permit at City Hopital. 2 parkings at the time has been under construction there is no parking spaces. I am getting urgent calls quite often and parking charges too. It’s distressing. Everyday I drive to work I have an anxiety. There are plenty of space that could be use as parking.

My friend & I I have worked nights at the hospital throughout the pandemic & parked our cars in the same spot Which We have used during this time & 2 minutes after I got out of the car, no warning notices we was issued with a parking fine ticket. I honestly think they was sat waiting. Disgusting treatment for NHS workers.

Why can't I contact Firstparking by telephone?

I parked in University car park and downloaded the JustPark APP specially as I was told that was the best way to pay. Location finder said it had found me so I paid for 3 hours parking. Very surprised to be contacted by previous owner of my vehicle, DVLA have taken 4 months to update the Logbook but that is another issue, to say that the vehicle has been charged for parking, showing photos of the car arriving and leaving. However, I can't appeal yet as don't have the original parking notice and can't phone anybody to explain!!! Very frustrated and worried that they will send this to a debt collector before I have a chance to appeal.

I have received a note from DCBL asking…

I have received a note from DCBL asking me to pay £150 for my car park at the university in October. this letter said My parking ticket was sent to different address however I have to pay this amount with in 14 days. I haven't received any parking ticket at all. I tried to call DCBL and Parking First, Parking first only have automated response line for payment and couldn't get hold of no one. When I try to appeal. It ask my Parking Ticket number to proceed and I haven't received any parking ticket to date other than the DCBL collectors notification.

This system is not helping at all and only design to unnecessarily charge people for no reason. This type of issues need to be addressed in public and let people aware about this money making process.

Absolutely disgusted…

Absolutely disgusted that I have been given a parking ticket when I work @ West Middlesex Hospital and have been working for the duration of Covid-19. Surely as a key worker and waiting for a staff parking permit to be issued because of Covid-19 staffing delays this company would have been lenient with issuing tickets but no.. rejection letter emailed to the appeal made showing my staff badge as proof I work at the trust. Horrified that this is the treatment for health care professionals.

FRUDELENT COMPANY & CON ARTIST

FRUDELENT COMPANY & CON ARTIST
AVOID THEIR PARKING
This company purposely and Deliberately making the payment system and APP complicated and misleading in criminal way to collect fine from innocent customers.
I did parked my car in their Liverpool park ,typed my car registration in the payment machine and paid by my debit card and witnessed the machine acceptance.
I am shocked to receive a letter of £100 fine after 2 weeks.
It is clearly they manipulated the machine to trap innocent people.
Dispecable .

This company really deserves any starts…

This company really deserves any starts as they r thief and scammers. Imaging in this pandemic time they still issue ticket to NHS staff that visiting people that's been in isolation and need food. Permission was given to park and they still issue a ticket. On the letter says to appeal by post but everyone is working from home and is not receiving the letters then sending you to national dept collectors like they have a deal with them. With 90%online for bad rating they need to do something about this thieving scamming parking company. FIRST PARKING continue thieving poor people money and feel they going to heaven with it...

Not my car

Father in law recieved a ticket for a car he didn’t own and which had been part exchanged 4 weeks before the ticket was issued. Receipts of sale and proof provided, in writing . No response and now the debt collectors are chasing payment and demanding even more money. Looks like we will have a good day in court. Rubbish company, can’t talk to them, big bully tactics. Disgrace
