My mother got a ticket at West Middlesex Hospital. She got a ticket £60 and I wrote to them on behalf of my mother. They accepted my appeal. Thank you so much!

Not good when you're giving hospital staff tickets these days, wise up cancel the tickets !!! You are a disgrace in our country

When I got there to see a ticket I called the parking attendant over. I said I've paid with a smug look he goes look up there was a permit only sign, I was devastated. ALooking back I am going to appeal but website says do do so within fourteen days. So I've been trying to log on since I got the ticket and it's saying details not found.

On the ticket it says allow 24 hrs before payment . But that means you can even begin to appeal. so it's 14 days my !!

I called the university whom it's permitted to and said you've not made the changes clear. Note I've been using this car park for 4 years.

I can't believe the app paynow allows you to pay for an area that is permitted.

The affect on my mental health is not got.

What a poor company not even allowing me to call as they have no option to do so.

I can't forget the smug look of the ticketing man and the few cars he ticketed that day.

What a nasty world we live in. Unfair high cost fines. It's ok I'll just starve a week.

What a joke paid to park somewhere which is a permit area. How does that work.

Went for cancer treatment at Grimsby DPW hospital, I got through the barrier to the car park, no spaces available at all, so obviously an issue with the barriers. Five or six cars waiting in front of me for a space so when a driver pulled out of a grassed space I parked there. No signs or posts saying otherwise regarding keep off the grass. Had nasty surprise of £35 notice on windscreen. Just tried their website is down.

In fact First Parking deserve no stars! They are a money making machine who dish out unfair and inexplicable tickets. They do not deserve to be there

They gave me a parking charge with the most ambiguous sign. The sign states customers of the park and cafe could park there. They charged me just because a security officer thought they saw me walking towards the University instead of towards the Cafe, when in fact I visited the Cafe and even provided proof with a receipt. I tried to appeal but they stuck by the fact that a member of security said they saw me walking towards the University.

Thieves. Simple as that.

Parked at Marjon Plymouth. Entered reg on screen. Get parking fine from First Parking.
Why? Because the computer is not working properly.
Suggest First Parking you do not operate parking system until it has been properly tested.
Suggest you get a phone option that is for your cockups.
Don't tell me you value my privacy when you contact DVLA for my details when the fine is your fault due to your compute rsystem
