It took a while for my order to ship but the quality of the merchandise was excellent as was the pricing.

I had a bit of a problem with shipping. It took about 8 days to get any shipping update. Started to worry as it normally doesn't take this long for any company. However, after emailing Jaeda Aldana, they were very down to earth. Wasn't any extra auto replies or can messages. They expressed they'd have the same frustration and this person personally emailed me back updates on my 2 orders. Not sure if it was by accident but I received 2 extra Velcro pouches with my one day plus pack. Thank you! Then Jaeda compensated me for the issue I had with shipping updates. I won't say what it was but it was significant and I can tell you this company and its employees are here to ensure customers are satisfied! They are 100% for their customers. First tactical don t lose this mindset!

I ordered the one day plus, Velcro pouches and some molle pouches. Wow! This is a stout pack. It's definitely not cheaply made nor is it flimsy. It's a bit smaller than expected but it still holds my gear. I am active duty Air Force, deployed right now and this setup fits the bill. Well worth the money! I like how uniquely placed the pockets are as well as how you open pockets and they don't open all the way so your get inside doesn't fall out.

FIRST TACTICAL needs to develop more products and gear. But you can obviously tell they don't rush product process. Well thought out and useful. Better than 5.11 and I love 5.11. Since the man left 5.11 and started first tactical, I'm moving with him! ;)

Best pants of this type I have EVER owned. I bought more than one time and would not hesitate to buy again when needed.

The buying and ordering was easy and fast. I did notice they switched from free shipping to over $100 free shipping. I have ordered pants boots and a bag. The bag I ordered is a nice design and layout but a little uncomfortable to wear.The pants are comfortable but the hook and loop used for the cargo pockets started coming apart very quickly and no longer stays closed. The boots are comfortable as well but the side zippers hangup and make it hard to take on and off without some work.Some of the materials used seem to be lower quality. I have hesitated to buy anymore products from First Tactical due to these issues.

Their gear and clothing are of the utmost quality. I have used many other brands and experienced numerous failures even in the short term of ownership. I have not had to return anything yet so I cannot comment on returns or how their customer service is. I usually do not post reviews but I am so impressed with their gear that I feel it's warranted. Buy with confidence, good stuff.

Great customer service. Quality products. Boots last and are comfortable. Price was right. Only downside is not being able to try on or put hands on products.

Awesome product. I own the Specialist the Tactix, and the Velocity pants. And the new V2 pants are on the way.

Great products - especially the performance polo. Does not wrinkle, drys fast and holds it color even after numerous washings.

Customer Service is great and ability to return items quickly for wrong sizes, etc is great.
Buttons have fallen off every one of my bdu sleeves, boots peeled (toe area after a month)
V2 seems to correct a lot of issues so when we can afford to do it, we will see.
Marketing is non existent in ways that it matters I believe. Vertx , Viktos, 5.11 have invested in skilled individuals that promote the name and build a following around it based on exposure of the product in use. .

At this 20th year I. My career there is no uniform for comfortable and reliable. I order from no one else.

I love the company but I could not order something because it said I already had an account but every time I tried to order it wouldn't go thru so I didn't order it. Very frustrated.

First Tactical is a very professional and friendly service type of place. There gear is second to none and I could not find one flaw in my First Tactics pack and belt. I really appreciate how they pay attention to every detail of there products and they actually listen to there customers needs and wants. If your looking for gear that rocks as hard as you do First Tactical has it or makes it. Almost a year now and my pack still looks new!

I have been looking forward to the new boot Friday tactical came out with to be offered in black. They said almost a year ago it wold be offered in Black in fall of 2017. Then it was spring summer of 2018. And yet still not hear. This is my biggest problem with first tactical. Not offering items people are looking for.

i ordered two belts to test out there delivery to a place not in the US but found that 6 months was a very long delivery schedule - price was good but having to repeatedly ask about delivery - that was a challenge so if other companys can find me from the other side of the world and deliver in 14 days it seems very odd that the us postal service cannot.
