Absolute liars who allowed a compound to be put next to my home without even consulting with us. My daughters school bus had no access to turn around and she ended up having to walk to the end of the road (1Km) in the rain. When confronted their staff by phone they even lied about the hours the compound would be used. Fortunately the contractor using th ecompound was delightful and also upset with these idiots for being unfair and ignorant to us.

For a house that was tricky to sell … because it wasn’t like anything else on the market… we needed to have an ‘old fashioned ‘ estate agency approach to be applied to our sale …. Fisher German worked with great enthusiasm and professionalism and brought our buyers to us … highly recommend!
Don’t Lease Dont Put a Deposit Don’t Do anything with them
I would advise prospective tenants to exercise caution when dealing with this landlord. In my experience, the process of returning deposits was extremely challenging. Despite starting with what appeared to be a thorough refurbishment, I strongly recommend having an independent surveyor present throughout the process—this additional cost can save significant issues later.
In my case, recovering part of a £10,000 deposit required over £2,000 in legal fees, ultimately resulting in an agreement to return £3,000. Unfortunately, even after a year in the new unit, I have yet to receive payment or a credit note.
Based on this experience, I would encourage others to carefully review terms, document everything, and consider the ethical implications before entering into any agreement. Get Involved with them at your peril!
The stress of renting.
Great personal service on our quest to find a rental property by Helen the Lettings manager in the Knutsford branch. This is the second time that Helen has helped my husband and I plus our old dog to find a suitable home.
Fisher German don't return tenancy deposits
FG administered an industrial unit i leased for 15 years, whilst the site visiting staff were pleasant, returning my deposit after exit was extremely painful.
First issue being the dilapidations surveyor appointed for exit inspection wasn't fit for purpose.
The landlord however, was happy and instructed FG to return the deposit, it should have been easy.
FG clearly have a policy of not returning deposits for commercial lets.
FG always took a minimum of 48 hours to reply to correspondence with lame excuses and stalling tactics, finally failing to provide contact details for escalation when asked.
After Nearly 8 weeks i instructed a debt collecting agency to recover. As if by magic FG paid up within a couple of hours, proving all the excuses were deliberate.
In the future if i need premises again i will avoid any administered by FG.
100% a professional and great company
We were lucky to have the expierence of Michael Harris and Susan Wallace, nothing was to much for them.
We had a bit of a difficult sale, but made so much easier by the constant updates and support from Susan.
Susan was instrumental in moving the sale through within the time frames.
We were over joyed with all elements of service provided from Fisher German.
Professional, helpful, polite and very responsive.
From the start of our journey there is nothing we could have faulted Fisher German on, the brochure the write up, the volume of clients through the door.

I have had such an amazing experience with fisher German - two people Marie and Joyce - when I took the unit on there was a few teething issues and myself ended up in really bad health during this time. Marie and Joyce whenever needed them both supported helped, any issues with my unit Joyce supported and actioned it. Marie helping me get on track and is incredibly kind.
These ladies are a credit and I’m really glad I picked them for my business and hope to remain with them for years to come
Dodge a Bullet - Lost a Great Workshop
I feel I’ve probably dodged a bullet, even though I’ve lost out on a really nice workshop. Unfortunately, my experience with Fisher German has been frustrating.
The agent I dealt with repeatedly gave me small but unnecessary misinformation and delayed essential building work that was required before I could move in. I specifically asked to communicate via text or message so there would be a clear record, especially as I had concerns about the standard of the work being carried out. The agent refused, insisting on phone calls instead.
In the end, I felt there was a lack of transparency and commitment, which left me with no confidence in moving forward. It’s a real shame as the property itself was ideal.
I do not recommend using Fisher German
I do not recommend using Fisher German. If I ever need a new premises and Fisher German is the estate agency running it, I will not proceed with it. The experience started with Christian Prince, who was late to our first viewing, seemed moody, and couldn’t answer any of our questions.
I then had the displeasure of dealing with Dan Ballard, who appeared uninterested in helping us. I had to consistently chase him for updates, and he was difficult throughout the entire process. The office staff we spoke to when trying to reach Dan were also unhelpful, often terrible on the phone, and did nothing to assist with our enquiries. When we finally moved into our office we tried to avoid dealing with them altogether. Whenever problems arose, we preferred to pay for solutions ourselves just to avoid contact with Fisher German.
The only time we heard from them was when they issued an incredibly high service charge, which we disputed for a long time. After eventually paying it, they later visited our office, acknowledged we were correct, and rectified the situation.
Overall, it was a really bad experience. I suspect this was partly because we were based in Hereford, while they were located in Worcester. The only person who stood a little better than the rest was Lucy, who we dealt with towards the end of our contract, but still hard to get in touch with.

This is honestly by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Rude, obnoxious, arrogant, condescending and plain unprofessional and unkind.
As a tenant; I was told the day I moved in that tenants are ‘the bane of their existence’. Every member of staff I’ve ever had to deal with are rude, in particularly Susan W. Just awful. You would think that she owned the property, you work in an office- drop the attitude.

If Fisher German ask you to complete any work, ensure you are in a comfortable position to not receive payment.
I had been instructed to complete a job on their behalf at short notice. They reashored me that a quote wasnt necessary and that i should complete the work at the earliest opportunity. Receiving this instruction I began work on the site. Later that afternoon I received an email telling me they had obtained another contractor to complete the work and that I couldnt invoice for the work already completed.
UNFAIR, UNRESPONSIVE COMPANY
I registered with the comapny 5 years to be informed when local units became available, They never bothered to answer any communications. A unit became available and they never informed me despite promising first viewing. I put an immediate offer in which they ignored for a week. I complained and was told not to worry that no offer had been accepted yet. I then receieved an email saying the unit had now gone!!!
There service is appaling and their offer process is unfair and obviously biased. They are also not very good landlords after speaking to ther renters on the industrial estate it seems nobody likes them .
Unresponsive
After two weeks had not responded to a Contact Us form. When followed up by writing to their enquiries email address, it failed with "Something went wrong and your message couldn't be delivered"

Truly horrendous company - rotten from the top to the bottom. Senior staff in particular are rude and condescending, as noted by other reviews here.
Fisher German (Fisher Price is more accurate) were responsible for managing our building and during that time they did little to nothing. Rude and incompetent they let our building down in everyway possible.
As a property management company they have no skills whatsoever and seem to employ some of the most baffling rude and disorganised people I've ever encountered. They couldn't fix or repair almost anything, let alone even the most fundamental basics like organise to have the windows cleaned. The roof leaked and there was problem after problem that was unaddressed or shoddily tackled.
One manager at the company shouted at me over the telephone and did the same to another resident. They had no interest whatsoever in listening to us and doing what they were being paid to do.
I can confidently say that Fisher German is one of the worst, most poorly run companies I have ever encountered.
Avoid them like the plague.

They ignore communication, and act like gods.
What kind of agency has no emergency repair number or reporting system in place, anything goes wrong your on your own.
Treat tenants like dirt, I had the misfortune of dealing with the Market Harborough branch. They lie, and try to cover themselves when they don't even follow up on basic things, like making sure the gas boiler is serviced. Two years pasted before I arranged my own service.

We viewed a property (spondon, derby) 3.5 weeks ago.
Asked for an application 3 times, left 4 voicemails, made over 10 calls to rebecca (Ashby branch).
We got 0 response.
Made the 1st complaint.
We got 0 response.
Made a 2nd complaint.
We got 0 response.
Left voicemails on Rebecca’s phone and the managers phone at Ashby.
0 response.
No one has got back to me or my partner Joshua and Chantelle throughout the entire time.
The rent has also been reduced during this time. We were willing to pay the full price.
We are going to visit the landlord since they live on the plot and tell him/them what has happened.
They will see this complaint and do nothing about it…
It is appalling. I feel sorry for the landlords.
VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
Extremely unprofessional , we had dealings with the Liverpool branch all seemed fine in the beginning of the process but soon went very sour with this one particular letting agent .
Initially was told I could go ahead and rent a small lock up but then was given unreasonable and untrue reasons as to why the process of renting said lock up could not go ahead .
LATE FOR MEETINGS AT PROPERTY
VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT IN PERSON AND IN EMAILS.
HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROPERTY .
when I called him to see if the meeting was still going ahead he answered the phone and then purposely put the phone down , he was unaware I was stood in the same vicinity at this point . Then he had the nerve to offer us a dilapidated ,run down ,damp unit ,which had been broken into a few times and very unsecured.
Please save yourself a lot of money and time and don’t use these people.
