Do not use this company

Do not use this company -
I order a rod and reel + some bait
Took them well over two weeks for to deliver (nearly 3 weeks) with the rod and reel coming separate on two different days
Plus they messed up the bait delivery by missing a bag of ground bait off the order
Also they don’t get back straight away over emails so it’s hard to sort orders out
Do not recommended one bit

Very unhappy

Very unhappy. Got sent the wrong item 10 days ago, whilst customer service were initially responsive, I still don't have what I ordered, they have my money, and they are now not responding to my messages.
Not impressed at all
