Local tackle shops didn't have or don't stock the size product that I wanted. Two easy clicks and I've ordered and paid for goods required. Let's just sit back for a few days and they arrive. Some things we like to feel before buying but not this purchase.

I did not receive my order from fishing Tackle &Bait because the post office could not find my house which has been here for 120 years so I received a refund so really disappointed entered the firm into my not to use list.

tried to buy bait caster combo and experienced issues with website. spend over £60 and receive 5% of with code but code dint work. New customer 10% first order code wouldn't work either. Tried chat box but guess what, that didn't work either. Sent email but received no reply.
Spent £445 with another company now. Cheers

Paid £7.99 for 48 hour delivery, it took 8 days to arrive. When I messaged customer services they were absolutely no help!

Only think to consider is that shipping from Ireland so takes a couple of days

Prices are good good that you do PayPal pay in 3 I understand yr in Ireland just felt delivery was slow by DPD one item on tracking never moved for 2 days .

Line fell of spool when put for soak resulting in me having to buy more from another supplier

Ok where do i start, i purchased a rod and reel worth £112 on a sunday and come friday it still wasnt sent, so messaged them and asked for them to refund me a couple hours after they messaged me saying it was sent and they cant refund me. One week later still nothing so i messaged them and they told me i had to download pdp app, i downloaded the app and pdp was holding my rod and reel at there depot with no address to deliver it to. After me messing about allday i finally figured it out after all the headache with the app not working properly. The rod and reel came the day after. I opened the package and the second section of the rod was snapped in two. I really give up even trying so ive just took a loss of £50. Just pay the extra few quid in your local fishing shop, its really not worth wasting your time and trust with these people. If i could give zero stars i would. Disgraceful!
