Ordered 3 rods
Ordered 3 rods, when the package arrived one of the rods were damaged. Contacted Fishing Tackle and Bait who arranged a new section of rod to be sent out, when it arrived it was the wrong section. I asked the question several times about compensation and was ignored over 5 times on asking the same question. Ordered the rods over 3 weeks ago and still can’t use the rods!

10% off false advertising!
Another company that offers you 10% of your first order but doesn’t honour the deal. Just because you sell at less than the RRP doesn’t mean it’s “on sale” but thus allowing you to cancel the discount code and say it doesn’t apply! Which also wasn’t mentioned anywhere in your discount email print or your T’s & C’s. To then email and say that you amend your T’s and C’s as necessary means to me that the discount code is false advertising and designed to get you to sign up to your newsletter. Also your repeated generic auto responses are tiring, poor service indeed.

Our discount Codes are not valid for Sale Items which are marked as such and already have significant discounts applied off already, We also have excluded brands and categories. There are thousands of products on our website which the code works for just not the item which you were looking to buy. We also have a price matching policy which we will match any other advertised online price we are already very competitive in the market with our pricing.
