I purchased my very 1st automatic MG trophy 72 plate electric car from fish motors and I can honestly say I'm over the moon! 🌝 Firstly the customer service I received from Chris was brilliant from me choosing the right car,to test driving and then purchasing was impeccable! I couldn't be happier! My new car is a dream to drive, I wasn't sure how to feel with it being my first automatic but during the test drive Chris was calm and reassuring all of the time!
I'd wish to thank Chris and Darren for your help and knowledge in buying my first automatic/electric car, Chris even set up the app for me on my phone so it'll be easier for me when I charge up my car.
And I mustn't forget the surprise hamper I received also, I was delighted! What a lovely combination of little touches inside the hamper box, very thoughtful!

Found the car on Auto Trader and traveled with my son to Bolton to see it.
No pushy car sales, we were given the keys to view.
Took it for a test drive and loved it.
It needed new wipers and it was serviced before I picked it up a week later, the time was my choice.
The whole process was smooth and seamless, Chris took care of everything, swapping my tax over and part exchanging my old car.
My son said he will go to the same garage in the future, high praise indeed 😆

No pressure or hard sell, which makes a huge difference, we looked around at our leisure and asked for help when needed. Mathew was great, couldn't have asked for better.

From seeing the car on Autotrader, going to view and test drive was easy, the car was made easily available for a test drive even when I hadn't made a appointment. Mathew was professional and not pushy, he left me alone to look over the car. I left a deposit and was able to pickup the car this weekend, 5 days after viewing, the car needed a tyre which was replaced and a new MOT was put on prior to collection. The hand over was done very easy and stress free and the thank you box was a nice touch. I would consider using Fish again, their prices are fare and the fact you don't have to pay a admin fee on top the asking price like a few companies I looked at. All in all a good professional experience.

I can't thank Mathew enough for the comforting service and smooth transition of the whole thing thank u so much very happy. Would highly recommend anyone who buys a car first time like this x.5 stars plus x
