Hi Fit for Me team,
I’ve been using the platform for my workouts and wanted to share some feedback regarding a recurring issue.
During the exercises, the video frequently freezes or lags, which disrupts the flow of the workout. This makes it difficult to follow along properly, especially when trying to coordinate the movements with the instructions on screen.
This issue has been affecting my overall experience, and I hope it can be addressed soon. A smoother synchronization between video and exercises would make a big difference.
Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to improvements.

My misunderstanding of what this company was selling caused me some stress due to past experience with a subscription basis. When my concern reached the company I was contacted by one of the most outstanding customer service people ever. Ella went above and beyond to make things right before she even contacted me and you must admit that is pretty amazing service. Highly Rated Customer Care at Fit4Me.

This is a scam advertised as a 4 week plan charged at £11 to have £47 taken out of my account when I did not sign up for a subscription.

Overpriced. Meal plan not requested but applied. Overcharged and still trying to resolve. Cancelled within 7 days but refused refunds. DO NOT SIGN UP.

Try cancelling the autorenewal and it is impossible.
Best to avoid it!

Turned my spotty fitness into a habit. Daily pushes, adjustable to my day, enjoyable challenges, nutrition that's easy and effective.

The support assistent Anna was very helpful and kind. She quickly answered my questions and helped me out.

This application is taking money even if I have cancelled my plan, I deleted my account, I did everything! Bullshit 😤

I signed up for what was advertised as a £8.32 one-week plan on 14 March. However, on the same day I was also charged £29.99 without clear consent or transparent explanation. A few days later (19 March), an additional £46.74 charge appeared as pending.
This is deeply concerning for several reasons:
- The subscription does NOT appear in Google Play subscriptions
- There is no clear or accessible way to cancel
- Support channels are ineffective or non-functional
This creates a situation where users can be charged repeatedly without proper visibility or control over their subscription.
If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I am prepared to escalate it further to relevant authorities, including Trading Standards and Google, as this type of billing practice may breach UK consumer protection laws around transparency, informed consent, and unfair commercial practices.
I strongly advise others to proceed with caution. What appears to be a low-cost trial can quickly turn into multiple unauthorised charges with no clear way to stop them.

I subscribed to the exercise plan and cancelled it on the same day (Nov 8th, 2025). I received a confirmation email for cancellation only to discover that I have been charged for a meal plan which I did not order or even received. I was charged £29 in Nov and December each, and 35.06 in Jan to March, which is over £160 that they had no right to charge. I contacted them yesterday and they responded saying that they provided the meal plan that is why they charged Mr.. I did not order it from the start. Please help me get my money back
I have been in contact with them and they promised to pay back the full refund of 160 pounds. I will update the review as soon as I receive the refund.
I have received 4 out of the 5 payments successfully in my bank account on the 25th of March, 2026

Finally something that works. Keeps me pumped, fits workouts in tiny slots, engaging moves, practical eating advice. progress without stress.

Did the free trial and cancelled but have been charged for two months. Fast customer service to stop future ones when I complained which is good but doesn’t change the fact I am c£80 out of pocket because they didn’t process when I cancelled originally. And not willing to rectify despite it being clear I haven’t accessed it. Wouldn’t recommend doing the trial as too much risk

I experienced the same issue many others here are reporting.
I was charged for multiple subscriptions I did not knowingly intend to purchase. I cancelled everything within the same day and did not use the service at all.
Despite this, Fit4Me initially relied on a 7-day policy, which does not apply to immediate cancellations. After escalation, they issued partial refunds but incorrectly claimed that VAT could not be refunded.
This is not correct.
If a transaction is cancelled, the full amount paid must be returned, including VAT. A business cannot retain the VAT element once the sale is reversed — this is not optional and is not a matter of internal policy.
Even after refunds, I could still see additional pending charges relating to these amounts, which should not exist after cancellation.
Looking at other reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated issue.
Multiple customers report:
• Being charged for add-ons they did not intend to purchase
• Difficulty obtaining full refunds
• Confusion around billing and subscriptions
This points to a pattern of unclear and misleading billing practices rather than a one-off mistake.
Overall:
• Lack of transparency at checkout
• Incorrect information provided regarding VAT
• Unnecessarily difficult refund process
I would strongly advise others to review everything carefully before paying.

I signed up for a one week subscription, I couldn’t get the exercise plan, and thought fine, that’s it I lost $7. But then I got charged another $38 with still no service and after I thought it was over, two days ago I got charged again for another $38. I asked for a refund as I got nothing in return for nearly $95 and after some back and forth the best they are offering is a $19 return. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. Terrible customer service.

Like a motivating buddy. Fits my time, different fun exercises, clear nutrition. Found a keeper!

The product is garbage. Terrible editing of dance moves, making it impossible to keep up with. Ridiculously bad AI music. Nothing promised was delivered. I have had to cancel my credit card because they put it on auto-renewal without my permission. Yes they probably have a teeny tiny notice about that but effectively it was without my permission. I asked for a refund but was not given one.

Pay £5.99 for a trail. Then recieve an invoice for £39.99 and they have taken £47.99 out of my bank. Had absolutely nothing for it. Complete scam.
