I canceled the software from the first month and I still continue to receive charges from you. This is theft.

Scam
I was charged for a meal plan that I didn’t realise was attached. At no point did I authorise the payment of £47.99. I have been emailed that I cannot be refunded as meal plans are customised to individual needs and as I have chronic kidney disease stage stage 3 and follow a strict renal diet, how can my meal plan be customised?

Impossible to cancel – terrible service
I cannot get out of my subscription and have paid way too much money. I’ve been writing to them since January, but I have not heard anything back. Completely unacceptable.

Very kind, quick to respond, and my questions have always received a helpful and effective response. Thank you.

Scam.. I subscribed for one month £11.99 thought I would see how it went before committing more. After only a couple of days I checked the app and it was showing i subscribed to two things.. checked the bank and two payments have been taken. I used Apple Pay for the £11.99 which I was happy to pay but the other amount £47.99 was taken 2 minutes later and at no point did I authorise the payment…This underhand way of trying to scam you out of money is not something a reputable firm should do… there are other apps that are clear in the payment terms I would recommend people to use them instead… I have read the responses on the other feedback and it’s not just a one off….

Complete scam.
I went through the quiz, decided against proceeding so did not confirm payment, I closed the windows down but as I had my details saved 2 payments were still taken, despite me not confirming/authorising any payment. I contacted the support them and they refused to refund.

Got lured in by the 7 days free thing, but they make it so hard to find the cancel button that I got charged. I had to contact Support Services to figure out how to cancel and each comms took a week to get a response. 3 weeks later, after sending a whole list of points from the consumer rights act and evidence of charges vs. comms, they FINALLY agreed to pay me back for only one month despite not ever having used the app. Feels like one of those consumer traps which has only left me feeling duped and happy to warn others :(

Subscribed for 1 month and now I have new reservation in my account. You cannot unsubscribe via the app, even that is claimed in general terms. With a browser I managed to do my cancellations, but it was made so that they want you fool you into pressing the wrong buttons during the process. I had to cancel also the meal part which I never ordered! General terms said also that if you unsubscribe 24 hours before next payment, you won't be charged. Anyway I was charged and I sent an email to customer service and got a reply that my cancellation occurred only a moment after renewal process was started. I do not agree with that and they did not tell me the details.
The operation is neither honest nor transparent, and is not suitable for busy people who don't have time to monitor such things. However, you would think that these are the people in the target group.

Subscribed for 3 months and then all of a sudden another £35 came out of my account for the meal ideas that I never ordered. Contacted them and there was no refund possible, I immediately cancelled all of it. They would charge you al lot more money after 3 months of signing in. They give me an email that there will no charges anymore in future, LETS HOPE THAT is true. But don’t make the same mistake I did and others I see now in the reviews!

In addition on my review below i would like to also say that in the end, i got my full refund. Therefor i change my review because when you make up for the mistake a whole lot changes and everyone deserves a second change. Good luck with the business and thank you for doing the right thing
One star is even too much.
I tried a workout plan for 15 euro (4week programm).
The next minute another 40 euro have been charged. I reached out and i was told that there was a skip button.
(This was really unclear and i never confirmed or pressed a yes i want a mealplan button).
It is non refundable they told and i just lost my 40 euro's in a blink of an eye.
I my eyes: small offer equals 200% scamm payment. Dont do it

Almost impossible to cancel unwanted subscription to Fit4Me. I asked in many emails for them to cancel the subscription and auto deduction of further fees. They take 3-4 days to even answer an email. Then the only way they gave me was to cancel through their app. which I had never downloaded as I joined through FB. This took a few days and fit4me went ahead with deducting further fees from my account. Eventually they refunded half of the debited fees. Money grabbing and poor response. Not recommended.

Just sharing my experience here. The stretching routines helped me a lot with neck tension. I feel less stiff in the mornings. Everything is adapted to my fitness level which is great for me.

Do not subscribe to Fit4me. It is not what it advertised. I have tried to cancel my subscription 3 times now but the app won't let you do it. I have also emailed them 3 times to ask for help but received no answer.
Extremely disappointed
Whilst finally Fit4me has sent me an email I am still waiting for my problem to be resolved.

Please avoid using Fit4Me.
The sign-up process is structured in a way that leads customers into inadvertently selecting the more expensive optional plan. I was unaware that by not selecting the “skip” option, I was enrolling in a meal plan costing more than twice the price of the fitness plan I intended to purchase.
I signed up for a fitness plan costing £22.79; however, an additional £47.99 was also debited for a meal plan due to the way the sign-up process is designed. This charge was not clearly highlighted and I certainly did not knowingly select it.
When I contacted them immediately to request a refund — despite not accessing or viewing the meal plan — they refused.
I strongly advise Fit4Me to review and improve their sign-up process to prevent further customer confusion and distress. I would also encourage others to read similar reviews before subscribing.

Only after posting this review—rather than when I first contacted them—did they reach out and issue a 50% refund for the meal plan subscription. I have not used the app or the meal plan at all. I would still urge Fit4Me to review and improve their sign-up process to avoid causing further confusion and dissatisfaction for customers, and I encourage others to read similar reviews before subscribing.

Falsely claiming they will refund if not satisfied with results. Hard to navigate and almost impossible to cancel subscription. Steer clear of this scam app.
