I have been trying to cancel this subscription for two weeks. there is no response at and they continue to charge me. First out of my bank account thru paypal which i have cancelled and now they are charging my Credit Card.

I just purchased a plan to find that…
I just purchased a plan to find that the app is not accessible for Android devices in Germany. Then I tried the contact form on the website to get a hint how to find the app and there I receive a "failed to fetch" notification, informing me that my inquiry cannot even be submitted. I never had to much trouble to start a fitness program after purchase.

I used to skip workouts because of my schedule, but not anymore. The app keeps me motivated and makes exercise feel doable. The workouts are interesting and challenging in a good way, and the nutrition plan is practical and works wonders.

The app does not allow me to see the the practices as from today, unless i subscreve to a dietary plan.
It is forcing me to subscribe to this plan and it does not return to the homepage and to the daily practices.

Diabetic old timer trying something new. The exercises are great and i can feel…
The exercises are great and i can feel a difference in mobility... Had A few sore leg days but that was expected. I am diabetic and tried the 12 hour fasting but it messes with my morning readings. I dont have shops close by so battle with some of the recipes then i just take one from another day. Some of the breakfasts dont last to lunchtime whilst some day i miss the snack as i dont need it.

No access tot app
I subscrided tot a 12-week plan and Pais immediately. The app, however, is not available in Belgium. If i click on the Google play link, delivered in the confirmation mail, Google play says the item is not Found. There is a fit4me app but it's not the app that is used by this Company. I've sent 3 mails to the support desk. I've only received an automatic mail but nothing else. No help, no refund. I would really like a refund since the service is not delivered and apparently not available in Belgium.

I feel like I have been literally…
I feel like I have been literally mugged!
I have many disabilities as well.
I added the fit4me app and there was a choice of 1 week for 7.99 so I did that as the free choice wouldn’t press
They too 46 pounds and 74 pence and I want it back
I tried to cancel but they made sure at their end that I could not cancel didn’t they!
Options were removed or didn’t work
Reset password were not sent to my email address
They need to be fixed and trialled for this legally.
I am reporting g to my bank today and to of om as fraud because that’s what it is.

I’d like to clearly explain what happened with your subscription and the charge, step by step.
You initially signed up for a 1-week trial, which was charged at £6.18. Before confirming the purchase, it was stated on the checkout page that if the subscription is not cancelled within the trial period, it automatically converts into a monthly plan.
As the trial was not cancelled within that week, the subscription renewed and the monthly fee of £46.74 was charged.
This same information — including the renewal terms and pricing — was also included in the invoice sent to your email at the time of purchase.
Please know that we take accusations of fraud very seriously. The charge was processed strictly according to the subscription terms that were presented and agreed to at checkout — there was no hidden or unauthorised transaction on our side.
That said, I genuinely understand how upsetting this experience has been, especially given your personal circumstances, and I want to help resolve this as calmly and fairly as possible.
