Highly recommend if you’ve lost your way like I had
I was a regular at my gym both cardio and weights with the usual ‘No support so no progression’ issue. I took the plunge and signed up as needed a kick start and guidance from people who were actually interested. Although I’ve recently started my drop a dress size programme I feel fantastic and motivated. The support from Sean and Jade both during sessions and in between is amazing - highly recommend.

I have been to alot of exercise classes but this one is fab, its like having your own personal trainer. Sean is fantastic and keeps us right. Looking forward to seeing the results.
