Tried to buy a cross trainer as every reputable company is sold out for decent reliable models.

Due to them having stock I thought I would try them worst decision to make.

When placing the order to make payment as soon as I paid it the. Showed a http error message.

Checked my bank money had been taken but had no order confirmation from fitness digital.

Emailed them waiting on a reply don't know how long I will have to wait for that no phone number either so.

When placing order I signed up and made an account I can no longer log in to see if there is an order or not as it says email not recognized even though that's the one I used for sign up ??

I'm guessing I will have some stress and anxiety trying to sort this out either with fitness digital or my bank!!

Today I just placed order with them, and after one hour I change my mind and cancelled it. Where is no option on website to cancel yourself, I feel contact form and receive email which saying that I have to wait 48 -72 hours for reply. I really hope that they are honest, I will leave good feedback if they are but now after reading bad reviews concerned.

I was very sceptical about ordering from fitness digital, being as they are based in Spain! Ordered the Suunto 9 watch, was cheaper even than the sale price on the Suunto website. Paid via PayPal so knew I would have some comeback if all failed.
But ordered on Monday at 13:50 (after their cut off for processing orders 13:30) and recieved the watch before 13:00 on Wednesday!
Will use again if I need to.

Absolutely fantastic service, ordered a garmin watch at lunchtime on Wednesday and had it at lunchtime Thursday. Never experienced such a speedy turnaround. Most competitive price for garmins on the market. Highly recommended!

Ordered dumbells as of 18/06/2020. UPS saying lost! Last location Tamworth, UK at 20/06/2020. Sent emails to customer care with no reply. UPS said Fitness Digital to track with them. So far what was meant to be a quick painless process has turned into worst customer experience. Would be great if somebody in customer service would reply too!

After reading some negative reviews about this company (mainly people not understanding there was a global pandemic) I wanted to let people know about my positive experience. Ordered our bike on Saturday and was delivered the following Friday, just 5 working days (from Spain to Cork, Ireland). Bike is excellent, great value for money. Will definitely use this site in the future.

I do not normally write bad reviews but my experience with this on-line company goes beyond appalling. How I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before I placed my order (on 21st May 2020). I still have not received the item I ordered (costing over £800), nor have I received any satisfactory explanation or apology.

I allowed some time for delay because of the COVID-19 situation but I regularly make on line orders and have still been receiving them promptly (within a few days via DHL, DPD etc,) despite this. I contacted them to ask for a refund, which they said they would arrange only when the item is received back to their warehouse.

There is no contact telephone number on their website, so the only way to contact them is by email. However, they have chosen to ignore the majority of my emails. The TNT tracking information shows the item is in Barcelona and has been since 25th May. I have contacted my local TNT but they said I have to persue the matter with the sender. (ha ha, easier said than done!!)

I, for my part, have given them every opportunity to resolve the problem before taking the actions today of reporting the matter to my credit card provider and writing this unfavourable review.

Please ignore all of the negative reviews. After reading them I was skeptical about placing an order. I had already placed an order for the same product through another online outdoor sports site, was left waiting 3 weeks without a product or even an explanation !!! Found FD through google for a product that was widely sold out worldwide. Ordered on Monday and received on Tuesday sent with tracking originating from Spain. Now that’s impressive especially in these COVID19 times !! Product is perfect and was brand new. Just read carefully around the negative reviews as my experience has been nothing less than perfect. I cannot recommend Fitness Digital highly enough. I have purchased from them 3 times in the past 2 years and each time my order arrived within a couple of days, in perfect condition. On one occasion I returned an item because it did not fit me and again this process was made so easy by Fitness Digital. Super company.

Placed an order at 12:15 on Thursday and received the next day at 13:30. How fast is that! Unreal!!!!

I ordered a €300 massage gun 2 weeks ago and was given an order number . It said I would receive my product within 3-6 days .

Still waiting on my product and even a reply from email .

Ordered a Garmin and received it the next day. Very happy with the speed of delivery. Packages arrived in perfect condition also. I would highly recommend.

I felt I would come back to share a positive experience.
I ordered from Fitness digital because they were the cheapest option I could find for a Garmin Venu. I was a bit hesitant to do so after looking at reviews here and on Boards.ie . Not to disregard experiences of others who had a bad experience, but i felt I would share my own experience also.

I ordered my Garmin Venu on Friday evening, it's now Tues (4 days later) and I received it today. Packaging in good nick, I used to sell Garmin's so I know that the box was in sealed condition when I received it. All good, and very fast delivery, which is unusual for my address. I got my order confirmation email promptly after processing payment and a shipping confirmation also

Just thought I'd report a positive review.

Do not order from these guys - it is a scam.
They never sent me my order (£150 dumbbells), showed me a fake Tracking number - and then stopped replying.
It has been 3 weeks now. Complete scam

Bad customer experience... Same here I'm still waiting for my order to arrive

It was iniciated by their team on April 4th no one answers my messages to set up the expected arrival, still waiting since they don't have a way to track the delivery :(

This is the most terrible store in which I made a purchase! I paid the order with fast delivery, as a result, they did not send on time, reached the weekend, and then they tell me that I would change the address. Although hundreds of other stores calmly send me packages to sign

I purchased a Marcy press gym HG 7000...arrived in time, well ALMOST, 1 box did arrive in DUBLIN, unfortunately the other 3 BOXES were never sent and are still in Spain. Impossible to contact this crowd as phone number does not work. Lucky i paid them through Pay Pal so i will have some comeback. As no emails were ever answered.

I seen bad reviews only after I'd used them 3 times. I couldn't fault them whatsoever. Watches arrived brand new and on time. Good value as well. Only worry I had was they use a .IE domain address but operate from Spain. Still they did exactly what they promised so no complaints.

Bought a polar m200 watch, money taken the very next day from my account even though it didnt arrive until 2 weeks later. Firstly noticed there was no security seal on box and the box itself looked a bit tattered, it had been open several times as there was dirty fingerprint marks on the inside. The watch also looked grubby and the protector on the watchface had been removed and reset on and there was dirty fingerprint marks on the underside. The watch itself isnt charging so is in fact faulty. Contacted customer services and they asked for photos which i provided as they state all items ship direct from polar so should be brand new. Ive purchsed enough polar products over the years to know this was defo not brand new (possibly display model).

I requested a return address to return at my own cost as im not taking the chance of them proving courier, as they could say anything when its sent back and deduct this money from my refund. I dont trust them.. want my full refund including postage as i have to purchase elsewhere.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
